Great Location
Beautiful home on the water. The only downside is the location on a busy highway and limited parking. Well maintained with updated kitchen makes it feel like home.

Glad our home felt like home to you. The reason we purchased the home even though close to the road is because it is such a special place. Our family and guests have enjoyed the Lake House because the lake provides that ultimate sense of privacy. We are in the process of adding a garage in the front (which will add to parking and a buffer). We have also contacted NYS to reduce the speed limit. One other thing concerning parking --we have a sister property about 1/4 mile up the road where there is plenty of room to park. Thank you for the review!

Very nice, roomy house on water with great views.
We spent Thanksgiving with our extended family and enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for all of us! The house Is nicely decorated and comfortable. We were close to the mountains and got some good hiking in at Mt. Arab and Coney Mountain. Enjoyed our stay, would definitely book again.

Excellent vacation house!
We had a wonderful week at the Lake House, using our kayak and swimming in beautiful Tupper Lake! The view, the loons, and the friendly family of ducks all helped to make our vacation the best in years! Don't forget to check out the laundromat/donut shop in town, and end your day with a cone from the drive-in down the road! A most comfortable house and a place we would definitely like to return to!

Thank you, James! We are happy that you enjoyed your stay.
This was the perfect house for our family. We fished off the dock, went swimming every day, even in the rain. We had enough room for the 10 of us to eat together every meal. Wonderful memories for sure!
The house was great - the setting wonderful. The only suggestion I have would be to put in a grab bar in the upstairs shower to help us older folks be safer in the shower.

Sunsets from heaven!
The sunsets were a different light show sent from God each evening. Just spectacular! Breathtaking!! The cool mornings drinking coffee with family on the wrap around porch was a wonderful way to start our day on the beautiful lake. It was fabulous to connect with family and just enjoy each other!!!
Our stay at the Lake House was outstanding. The views are amazing. The windows on the main level enable you to see the lake wherever you are sitting. The view from the main bedroom is breathtaking and it was a joy to wake up a nd be able to see the lake and the mountains. The pictures do not do the place justice. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Lake House. It provided a much needed time of rest and peace for us all.
Clean, comfortable home. Stayed one week, enjoyed the relaxing comfort of a home away from home. Watched the progress of the lake freezing each day. Hosted my extended family for dinner, with plenty of room. Created crafts with the nieces and nephews on the enclosed porch overlooking the lake. Peaceful setting, you can hear the water lapping the shore. Looking forward to staying again next year. Thank you for sharing your home.

Beautiful views. Cozy house. Beautiful!
Beautiful home with spectacular views. Beautiful winter retreat. Dog friendly... bring leashes... road is busy and close but out the back... that lake view makes up for the road 1000 times over. I would imagine it is even better in summer and we will be back to check it out. Home was clean. Kitchen well appointed. Linens and beds are very nice. Owners are local and very easy to reach for questions or issues. Great family spot. Highly recommend.

Thank you for the wonderful review and great communication during your stay.
Had a wonderful week with our family. Our son was coming in from AZ and due to the uncertainty of the Covid situation we had difficulty scheduling. The host was very helpful and understanding. The views were amazing. The house was spacious and clean. Worked great for our family( 3 couples). Woke up to beautiful sunrises and ended the days with a fire on the beach watching the sunset. Spent our days kayaking, hiking and visiting local brewery.
We would highly recommend this house and host.

Anniversary vacation
"WOW" is all I have to say about the incredible views of the lake and mountains from the master bedroom and all the decks around the house. It was wonderful to wake up to that view and the sounds and sites of the 3 loons that visited across the lake. Extremely well kept , clean and comfortable house that had everything we could ask for. It is extremely private yet close to everything😊 A great place to visit and it had some cute shops and restaurants. We had the pleasure while packing up to meet the owner and my husband had a nice talk with him. I would highly rate this as a great vacation home to a couple like us or a bigger family. I have to say my favorite part of this house was hearing the loons and having easy access to put the kayaks in right off the cute beach area and of course the huge window in the master. Enough said - we would definitely return .

Thank you! We are so happy that you enjoyed your stay and that we had the pleasure of meeting you.
We just had the most perfect vacation at this lake house! Our family is 3 couples - myself and my husband, my brother and his wife, and our parents, so having 3 full bedrooms with nice size beds was perfect (nobody gets stuck on a couch or in twin beds). And we hate traveling without our dogs, so being able to have them there made it absolutely perfect for us! We had a combined family Christmas & birthday celebration for my mom's 60th, and we couldn't have asked for a better venue. Nice big living room for Christmas morning and family movie nights, great kitchen for making Christmas cookies, and a serene view of the lake. Couldn't have asked for more! Had a little trouble getting the internet going at first as they had a new router, but the owners were quick to help us resolve it and were great to work with, very nice people. We'd definitely stay there again! Maybe sometime in the summer - the frozen lake was a gorgeous backdrop, but it'd be fun to get out on it, too! :)
Property was excellent to host a bachelor get away on the water. Super close to the golf course and brewery. Amenities and open kitchen living space were excellent to enjoy many laugh over good food and drinks to create lasting memories.
This was our second year staying at the house, and we loved it just as much. The beautiful views, sunsets on the lake, boating and swimming all make for a great vacation spot.
Best views of Tupper Lake. Having the dock right outside the house was nice as we rented a boat from Dunns boat service and the house is right next to the launch which made it easy to pick up and drop off. Beds were comfortable and house was clean. Loved the little beach with the fire pit. The house is close to town and we really enjoyed our stay here.
Our 3rd time renting this property. You can’t beat the location and the lake is clean and beautiful. A private beach is such a luxury and loved by all age 3-73 :)
We had a fantastic time at this beautiful place on the lake. Being right on the water with a private dock was perfect - boating, fishing, paddle boarding, swimming, and just relaxing on the deck. Our family had not been together since before the pandemic, and this was the perfect place to reunite.
