Our family of 8 took a long Mothers Day weekend at Bearadise. Plenty of room to spread out and plenty of room to gather. Communication was A. Location was very convenient to Jim Thorpe and Leighton. We actually did a mine tour at Mine#9 and we ALL loved it Kitchen had every possible thing we needed to prepare and serve meals for the 8 of us. Well thought out home with every convenience. Highly recommend this home for your family/group!!

Great weekend getaway

Our large group was very happy with our stay. Multiple individuals commented on how clean the property was. We had plenty of bedrooms for all the families needed and were happy we included the linens in our rental. Ralph was so easy to work with and was extremely responsive, even though we did not need anything during our stay and had no issues.

Very nice house in a lake community. We enjoyed our stay! Would stay here again . Communication with the host was fantastic and the house is new, well stocked and organized. Jim Thorpe is about 10 minutes away but we found the location to be perfect for us. Great house !! We loved our vacation Thank You!

Great location for a quiet getaway with the family. Nice selection of restaurants and a brewery within a short drive. A beautiful house and deck to entertain all. We also enjoyed evening walks down to the lake and looking for deer on the way. Highly recommend

Beautiful property & location

The stay and experience far exceeded expectations. House is brand new, clean, and with great layout which works well for all ages. Perfect location close to the lake to enjoy boating/fishing with plenty of activities nearby. Owner is very accommodating and responded immediately answering any questions regarding our stay. Perfect house for our family ski weekend!

This house was exactly as described and shown in photos and was perfect for our family gathering of grandparents, parents, and kids infant-age 12. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Great house

The house was clean and organized. Well stocked kitchen (loved the labels everywhere!), plenty of beds and bathrooms, great game room (the kids had a blast) that is well maintained, and we loved the hot tub. We went skiing at blue mountain and it was only 30 minutes away. Really easy to get to. Overall this house was amazing and we highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Jim Thorpe for a couples getaway weekend. The location was ideal—just a short drive to both the town and our whitewater rafting spot. The house itself had everything we needed and more: a spacious open layout, a relaxing hot tub, a huge game room that kept us entertained, and even an EV charger, which was a major plus. The owner was extremely accommodating and easy to reach with any questions. We also really appreciated the option to rent towels and sheets for an extra fee—it was a convenient touch that made packing easier. Would definitely stay here again!

First Lake Experience

We had a great time. The house is just wonderful. Clean and has literally everything you need. Every time we would say "they probably don't have this but we will check" they did have it. We were amazed. We have never stayed at a house before that had so much both in amenities and anything you would want in a kitchen. We especially liked the fire pit and hot tub.

We love Bear Creek Lakes. It is quiet, with lots of wildlife, a beautiful lake with 2 beaches and a nice community pool. Most of all we love the house and how it fits our families!
