Consider this house your home away from home. A wonderful spot for a family getaway! This wonderful property boasts 3 bedrooms plus a huge loft and finished basement with a bar, dart board, pool table, TV, indoor basketball, and Nintendo Wii in the loft, ensuring plenty of space and fun for all guests. With 2 bathrooms featuring amenities like a hair dryer and bathtub, comfort is key here. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place. The deck is the perfect spot to eat, grill and relax, with two couches, a high top bar and TV, or sit by the fire pit for a nice relaxing night with smores. Master bedroom has a master bath, queen bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed plus a double bunk with a twin above, bedroom 3 has a double bed. Loft has a queen, a double bunk with twin overtop, twin bed, double futon, twin trundles, and a double bunk cot. An extra twin mattress for an extra guest. Sleeps 12-14 adults comfortably, 6 twins. Basement also has a twin futon. The perfect family or friend getaway. Gated Lake community is also beautiful for a walk around the neighborhood. Max cars is 6, no street parking.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put trash in cans at curb on Sundays, turn off all propane tanks outside.
Dishwasher tabs, cleaning supplies, under sink and in hall closet. Please clean up after yourself.
To turn on the shower turn the water on and pull the lower water spout, there is a round thing to pull attached to the faucet.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No ATVs or Recreational vehicles or watercraft
No vaping or smoking inside the house and fireplace available upon request. Do not use basement ice maker, upstairs ice maker works great!
No beach or lake access quite hours are 11pm-8am outside.. fireplace available upon request .
