Relax and enjoy the views on our gated, 25 acre, lakefront property. The heated, indoor pool is perfect for all seasons with the built in hot tub, swim up bar, waterfall and waterslide. The 9,563 square foot home is perfect for reunions, corporate retreat, or gathering with friends.The house accommodates up to a total of 30 guests.

The main floor has the kitchen, dinning room, living room, master bedroom, office, and a small library. Enter into the home and enjoy the breathtaking views in the living room or relax in the cozy sectional next to the foyer. The kitchen is fully stocked. Two dinning rooms connected to the kitchen give a great view of the lake. Each table could seat up to 8-10 guests with additional seating around the bar and high top table. If you would need check in on vacation, the office has some privacy with a large desk and a sleeper sofa. Take a rest in the master bedroom with the view of Union Lake, relax rear the fireplace, or catch up on sleep in the king size bed. A small room off of the master bedroom holds a queen daybed with a full trundle. The master bathroom has a walk in shower, jetted tub next to the fireplace, and an entrance to the pool. Continue around the master bathroom to take a break in the small library.

Upstairs will sleep 16 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. One bedroom upstairs has a king bed with twin over twin bunkbed. In that bedroom is a Jack & Jill bathroom connected to another bedroom. On the other side of the Jack & Jill bathroom is the bunk room, two queen over queen beds. The third bedroom upstairs has a king bed overlooking the lake with a full size bathroom. The last bedroom upstairs has a king bed and a full size bathroom.
The basement will sleep 8 guests with 1 full bathroom. The first bedroom in the basement has a king bed near the bathroom. The second bedroom in the basement is near the basement kitchen with a king size bed. The basement bunk room is between a bedroom and basement living room. The bunk room has a queen over queen bunkbed. When you need a break from swimming you could throw a few darts, play air hockey, or take your chance at a game of poker. The basement has a secondary kitchen, not stocked. Pool towels and pool toys not provided.

Outside you can enjoy the spacious yard, take a walk or bike ride around the 0.8 mile paved walking trail around the property. Take a quick walk down to Union Lake or take in the views from the gazebo. Union Lake is an all sports lake. We have stairs that lead down to the lake. A public boat ramp is 0.5 miles down the road. Recently added an indoor pickleball court in the heated building closest to the house. Bring your family and friends to enjoy your own private estate. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home or on the property. Note: Your safety matters. An exterior camera is located on the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces.
