Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in der Nähe des Hafens in Niendorf. Trotz angrenzender Straße samt Rad- und Fußweg hört man in der Wohnung so gut wie keine Geräusche. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und geräumig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen: Diese Wohnung ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für einen entspannten Urlaub an der Ostsee!

Wir waren super begeistert. Alles in der Nähe von der Ferienwohnung. Selbst die Bimmelbahn hielt vor dem Haus. Wir würden es 100 Prozent weiter empfehlen!

Eine super Wohnung mit genug Platz für eine Familie

Eine super Wohnung mit genug Platz für eine Familie. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es ist alles da was man braucht. Ein kurzer Weg durch den Park und schon ist man am Strand. Ein genau so kurzer Weg und schon ist man am Hafen, oder im Zentrum. Die Lage ist einfach top. Eine sehr sehr freundliche Vermieterin. Fazit, wir werden zum Wiederholungstäter :o) Tip: Wir haben die Fahrräder mitgenommen, das war Gold wert. Das Auto hatte 14 Tage Urlaub :o)

Wir sind als 5 köpfige Familie angereist

Wir sind als 5 köpfige Familie angereist. Platz zum schlafen ist genügend vorhanden und die Betten sind alle sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Mit kleinem Balkon, auf dem locker 4 Personen sitzen können. Die Wohnung liegt nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand. Eigener Parkplatz direkt am Haus ist vorhanden.. Lautstärke am Abend ist nicht sehr groß. Hafen von Nienburg direkt um die Ecke, jedoch keinerlei Geruch ect. Die Vermieterin ist eine Perle und sehr sehr nett. Wir haben uns 3 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Ferienwohnung nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Eine recht schöne Wohnung, wobei vor allem die super Lage besticht: keine zwei Minuten, und man ist am Strand, Kinderspielplatz oder am Hafen - ein Traum! Zu bemerken ist allerdings, dass das eine Schlafzimmer und das kleine Badezimmer auf einer anderen Etage liegt und nur über eine Raumspartreppe zu erreichen ist. Das kann mit einem kleinen Kind auf dem Arm relativ abenteuerlich werden beim Abstieg und auch für die ältere Generation ist das vermutlich nicht so sehr geeignet... Ansonsten ist die Wohnung recht gut ausgestattet und weiter zu empfehlen.
