Hampton Bays Stay

This property is perfect for a family getaway. It allowed my family to spend time together under one roof with plenty of space and bathrooms to make our stay comfortable. The decor is modern and clean. The proximity of this residence to top restaurants, Cupsogue Beach and other parts of The Hamptons made this an ideal choice.

The house was perfect for our family. The four full bathrooms was one of the top reasons we booked.Some things we thought would be helpful to have:-WiFi password readily available -given the location of the trash cans-maybe a book with a list of local restaurants and beaches with information on how to access beaches.

EXCELLENT HOUSE: The experience at the house in the Hamptons was excellent! The house was modern and bright and perfectly located for the activities we scheduled. Beaches were 5-10 minutes drive; groceries were 5 minutes; a variety of restaurants only 5-20 minute drive. We booked the house during the World Cup and the two large screen televisions on the main floor and in the basement with comfortable couches made for comfortable entertainment for everyone! The house was welcoming and so many things were provided that we did not expect such as high quality beach towels, bathing soap/shampoo/conditioner in every shower, garbage bags/paper towels/etc. and a well equipped kitchen. There was a designated workout area with a variety of equipment. The laundry room was easy to use with modern washer & dryer, a sink, and a folding area. All of the bathrooms were modern. There was great lighting throughout the house with dimmer switches based on whatever mood you want to set. The upstairs had two large bedrooms with a lounge area in between and a shared bathroom. So many aspects of the house were just wonderful and we so appreciate the GREAT experience!

Family Thanksgiving

What started as a way for 3 generations to reconnect during COVID became an annual tradition of renting a place in the Hamptons for an extended stay. This house was perfect- plenty of room for all to work remotely/separately but also to be together for meals, movies, game nights. Even though it was cold in Nov, we still enjoyed the large, private and well maintained back yard. The only negative is the front steps which were without railings and a bit steep for a 88 yo to manage without assistance.

Hampton Bay Get Away

This property is absolutely beautiful. The home is clean, stylish, and well-appointed. We were greeted with a thoughtful note and a lovely bottle of wine to celebrate our son's college graduation, the graduation was the reason for the vacation by the beach. This five-bedroom home was spacious and comfortable for our group of 7 adults. The bathrooms and showers are beautiful and the rain shower head turned each shower into a spa day! The finished basement with its workout center, and large screen TV was the perfect place to chill, play a game of pool and watch a movie. Brand new washer and dryer are so convenient. In fact, everything is brand new and beautiful! Centrally located, the beach was a quick drive over the bridge; we drove to Montauk for the day too. I highly recommend this home, Gianluca is a very gracious host, and we thoroughtly enjoyed our stay. We'll be back! Thank you!
