The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is before 11am. Turn off all lights and fans. If you brought pets please clean up after them. Take all trash to the outside trash cans. Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start.
It would be super helpful if you could put the dirty towels in the washer and start. Don’t worry about putting them in the dryer we have that covered.
Lock the back slider door and exit through the front door. Just hit the LOCK button on your way out. Thank you again for staying with us! Hope to have you again soon!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
You may park anywhere on the driveway and/or in the gravel to the right side of the garage for an RV, boat or any other toys you may have.
If you are bringing a pet, you should have added the pet under Guest during booking. There is a 1 time $30 cleaning pet fee. Keep pets off furniture.
NO SMOKING/VAPING in the home. If you must smoke outside, clean up after yourself. Extra charges will occur.

Beautiful home, easy to check in, just what we needed for our mini vacation! We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave. Communication was perfect, area was perfect, and if you don’t like the lake the garage and backyard were great hangout spots. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Nice place, good layout, and good parking. We came with some friends to boat at Lake Havasu. This place has plenty of parking for toys. And we really enjoyed the jacuzzi.

Perfect weekend river house!

We loved our stay at this place- it was exactly as described and fit our needs perfectly. We took our boat out to the lake for the weekend and needed a place to stay that would allow our dogs. Three C's...Clean, cute and convenient

Everything was perfect, from check in to checkout. This was a wonderful experience. The house is immaculately clean and well stocked with essentials. There are nice amenities outdoors like a fire pit and a hot tub and fun things indoors like darts and ping pong. The beds were very comfortable with a tv in each room. A little something for everyone! We loved our stay here. Great getaway home and a great value. Highly recommended by our entire family!

It was great for us and our yorkies. It was a quit niebor hood. So it was great for us. We like it that way. Having a fenced in yard was great with the dogs. Hosts were great always responded and told me of a great dog park. We are already talking about going back next year and hope to get the same house

A few hiccups

I had a great time at this house. The hot tub wasn't working throughout our stay which was a little disappointing, but the communication with the owners was excellent and they even had a hot tub technician out on Christmas Eve to try to get everything working for our stay.

Family Time

The three adults (and two dogs) found the property to be very comfortable....good beds, hot water, comfortable living and dining furniture not to mention nice televisions. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved being able to do a load of laundry before we left instead of when we got home. Lots of parking and I love a circular drive! My husband enjoyed the hot tub and the patio furniture was comfortable. WiFi was great - good because one of us ending up working remotely every morning. Close to grocery store, not too far from London Bridge Park (we loved the park and so did the dogs).

The pricing seemed alright. The kids loved the books and the ping pong table. Just a little inconvenient that the pool guy came when we had just arrived in hopes to use the spa before we left for supper but we weren't able to. Packages arrived while we were there which I felt was strange to take care of the owners packages when we are guests. Overall, the home met our needs. The beds were comfortable and welcoming. A very clean home!

Hi! I am Tania and my husband is Jason. We have two teenagers and two fur babies. We love our Havasu Home. We enjoy paddle boarding down the channel, wakeboarding on the lake, hiking and off-roading. We have many memories with our family and friends who come to visit. With two teenagers we have found our weekends booked with sports and traveling. We thought Vrbo would be a great opportunity for others to enjoy our home.

Why they chose this property

Centrally located in Lake Havasu City you can get anywhere within 15 minutes. Bring your toys we are only 5 miles from the London Bridge and 4 miles from Sara Mountain Park. After a long day out come back and enjoy our amenities. The kitchen has everything you need and there is a BBQ if you prefer to grill.
