Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take out all trash and empty into the large bins on the side of the home.
Please make sure AC units in the master bedroom and the second bedroom are shut off and remotes are next to bed.
Please pick up after your pets in the backyard. The backyard is completely enclosed and there is a dog door if needed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
