Our condo has been enjoyed by many visitors due to its location and closeness to delightful restaurants and especially Britts delicious donuts. Enjoy the ocean breeze from our ocean side master bedroom and living room. Just down the road is the fun filled amusement park, Fort Fisher, an Aquarium, and ferry to Southport, a lovely southern town.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Perfect beach getaway

The location of the condo was perfect! Only a few minutes from the aquarium and the boardwalk. The boardwalk sets off fireworks on Thursdays and we were able to walk down to the beach and see them. My family and I had a wonderful time. Communication with the owner was easy and she was very prompt when answering questions I had about the condo. By far one of the best vacations we’ve ever taken. :)

Our 2023 Sea Colony Vacation

Areas of the condo are a little “dated” (bathtub/shower) and vanities, carpet and closet area but served us well. The vents from the A/C unit were dusty. Otherwise, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. The balcony had an awesome view and the pool was very nice. 😊

Beautiful Condo and Excellent Area!

Three of us on a girl's trip. The condo is so roomy, the full kitchen is great for cooking in when we got tired of eating out. The views are amazing, and the deck is like having a whole extra outdoor room!! The elevator makes moving in and out so easy. The pool was awesome for these hot summer days and the beach is just steps away. We adopted a turtle nest and our babies were born before we left!! We had an amazing time and hope to get back soon!
