Exterior Cameras watch the property. No party, gathering or large noise. $800 penalty + ask to leave immediately with no refund.

I worked with a five star hotel for some years before starting my own short rental business. I love travel, cooking, gardening, house decoration, and lot of outdoor actives. I love animals. Why they chose this property
the street is very quiet and back to the woods and seasonal creek. There is a small community lake a few hundred steps to the house. The neighborhood is mere minute to Carmel road. there are deer year around on the street. The neighborhood is four miles to the beautiful Lake Park (not the community park). There are free splash pad, kids playground, walk way around the lake, and a very large dog park. i highly recommend my guest to check out that area. I have another property right next to the Lake part. if you like hiking, McMullen Creek Greenway is 3 miles away from the house.
What makes this property unique
The area is located in the heart of all, less than 10 minutes to Ballantyne, about 10 minutes to charlotte uptown and Southpark mall, 10 minutes to Carolina Place mall,. BestBuy, Targets, walmart are all very close to the neighborhood. Lost of restaurants, bars, etc. less than a mile to all major highways.
