Great spot close to downtown!

Nice place to stay for a weekend - it's definitely cozy but we weren't really spending any time there during the day. The A/C had a hard time keeping up with the heat in the afternoons, but I think there were some things going on with the Nest thermostat that the owner resolved. Super clean and very close to downtown.

One tree hill getaway

Property was amazing. Communication with the owner was great, he answered any questions I had very quick. I came to Wilmington to see the one tree hill sites and this was very central to them all!
