Two bedrooms are located upstairs, along with a second bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All bedrooms have U4 tvs and Living Room has Large screen U4 TV. Kitchen is fully equipped to cook anything your heart desires. There is also a charcoal, 40 inch grill for your use. Kitchen table seats 6 and an eat at bar that seats 5. The back patio area is there for your total enjoyment, equipped with a wall mounted fan for those warmer evenings when you still want to sit outside. This patio area is where the grill is located for your use. The patio table seats 4, and a wicker bench seats 2. This area is fenced in for your privacy.
