Fantastic location directly across the cove from Margaritaville Resort. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo with loft is located only minutes by car or water to shopping, dining and entertainment. This condo is perfect for 12 guests. The primary/master bedroom is furnished with a king sized bed and offers a private bath while the main level guest bedroom provides a queen size bed and is adjacent to the full guest bath on the main level. The loft bedroom is furnished with 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 2 twin beds and also provides a private bath as well as an additional open loft area which as 2 additional twin beds. All 3 bedrooms, living room and loft game area provide ceiling fans & televisions. This condo also comes with central air & heat, stainless appliances, updates to kitchen and all bathrooms. Soak up the sun at the outdoor pool while the kids enjoy of kiddy pool (Open Seasonally from Mid May thru Mid September). There is a 24' covered, calm water boat slip and PWC slips available for an additional charge. Gas docks, boat and PWC rentals are all available in this same cove.

Great Condo / Great Complex

Condo was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. Pelican Bay is a wonderful small, quiet complex with friendly people. We would stay in this condo again without hesitation!

Family vacation

The property was perfect for our group of 9, including 4 teenage girls. The girls loved the upstairs bedroom. They had their own bathroom and huge closet. Great location right across from Margaritaville. Condo was well appointed, clean, cute and had everything we needed for family vacation.

Pelican Bay Loft

This is our 3rd trip to LOTO - but our first stay at this property. This has been our favorite place to stay! Best Location, easy to get into town, and on the water. We hauled a boat with us, launch is nearby, dock slip worked perfectly and close to the condo. House is super cute, clean and worked perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Deck with Patio furniture was a bonus, watched boat traffic each morning enjoying coffee. Highly recommend this place!
