3 bedroom home that sleeps 8 in Suissevale
Come enjoy this 3-bedroom home that accommodates 8 people. The home is just a short drive or walk (0.4 miles) to the Suissevale Beach! Gather around the large dining area for everyone to enjoy their meals or relax on the living room sofas after a long day at the beach. There is one full bath on the main floor as well as one bedroom with a full bed and a window A/C unit. Upstairs, the primary bedroom has a king bed, ceiling fan and small private balcony. The other bedroom has a queen bed and full bed, and a window A/C unit. With the bedroom doors open and both upstairs and downstairs A/C units running, the house stays cool.
Off the kitchen, separated by a glass sliding door, there is a sunroom with leather couches and a high top table for late night card games; the ceiling fan helps keep the room cool. Off the back of the sun room is a deck where you can use the gas grill to cook dinner for the group, and there's also a back yard off the deck. A washer/dryer is conveniently located on the first floor. Being so close to all of the Suissevale amenities (playground, sandy beach, basketball court), this is a great spot to stay for your summer vacation!
The Suissevale Association does not allow tenant use of the association beach on Saturdays. Instead, the property owner will provide a beach pass to the nearby State’s Landing Beach for guest use, where there is parking available.
