Resort style living at its best. This home is located in the highly sought after gated community at Sandoval Cape Coral. Ideal location located minutes to Matlacha. Also minutes to Sun Splash family water park. Right next door is a 24 hole golf course. A short drive to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel Island and Captiva Island. The community boasts a resort style heated pool with a waterslide and kids splash area. Also in the community are basketball courts, tennis courts, pickle board courts, bocce ball, shuffle board, and frisbee golf and fitness center. The community has over two miles of jogging/walking/biking paths that wind through and overlook beautiful lakes and wildlife. There is also a fishing pier and two dog parks conveniently located in the community. Surfside shops are in walkable distance from the home.
This is a 2/3 bedroom or office house with open concept living and high voluminous ceilings in the main living areas. Smart ROKU big screen TVs located throughout the house. Large screened in lani with BBQ for those nights you want to stay in and grill. Beautiful water views from almost every room. Kitchen stocked with plates, glasses, silver wear, and cooking items. Also plenty of towels and sheets for your needs. Laundry room includes state of the art washer and dryer. Also 2 car garage for your vehicle.

Heaven

Sandoval gated community in Cape Coral was heaven. The amenities were spectacular. The back yard was key. We had mane different wild life to greet us in the morning. Sunsets were gorgeous. Everyone waved at us even tho we did not know them. The house was spacious and well layer out. The kitchen was fully stocked. No lack of linens or cleaning supplies. Living the dream. Perfect vacation home

We had the privilege of staying at Rob and Melissa‘s beautiful house for the past six weeks. From the time we booked the location until we left today, Rob has been amazing to deal with. The house was spacious and modern, a place I would be proud to own. The kitchen was well stocked and the outdoor area with the covered lanai was perfect for evening cocktails. The gorgeous view of the Water behind could be seen from nearly every room in the house. The neighbourhood was upscale and professionally maintained and people were friendly and welcoming. The pool was outstanding and on par with the best five star resorts we’ve ever stayed at. The community centre offered a great gym and a variety of different activities including social events, art classes etc. You could be as busy as you chose. Within a10 minute drive, you have the upscale restaurants of Pine Island, and within walking distance, Surfside plaza offer some of the best food options around including a Starbucks. Within a five minute drive you have some great grocery stores, including Farmer Joe’s and Publix, not to mention ABC wines. I can’t think of anything that would make this house and community more enjoyable. Thanks for a terrific time in Florida.
