This sprawling, five-bedroom home is well-appointed for both indoor and outdoor living boasting a large yard, private dock, and furnished sunroom.

Anchored by a gorgeous stone fireplace, the living room offers plenty of space for guests to spread out in comfort while enjoying time together. Grab a spot on one of the plush sofas for shows and movies on the wall-mounted TV or gather around the window bench and parlor table for a classic family game night. Head out to the fully enclosed porch/sunroom for cooling lake breezes and conversation in the living area or sit down for sunset dining at the eight-seater banquet table. Speaking of, you'll find the gourmet kitchen well-equipped for group and family style meals with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, plus a dishwasher and farmhouse sink.

Dip your toes (or cannonball) in the lake from the private dock or grab one of the available canoes or kayaks and explore the water. When you've had your fill of fun, unwind under the stars around the outdoor firepit.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect place to gather friends and family for a lake adventure. Great living space, with multiple nooks for people to hang out. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon naps, and meals. Swimming off the dock was great as was the use of the kayaks and paddleboard.

Lakefront peace & calm

This property is top tier relaxation. Truly a perfect spot to gather and enjoy the amazing lake. The house was really well kept and included access to kayaks, a canoe, and paddle board. Someone was out in the lake doing some sort activity at every minute. We ate every meal in the screened porch which was super pleasant. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great vacation property

Very comfortable lake house with everything you could want in late summer in Maine. Property had 2 kayaks, a canoe, a stand up paddleboard, and 3 fishing poles (though one could use more line) and we definitely enjoyed launching all of the above and swimming from the dock. Back porch is screened which was very helpful for bugs and rooms had fans to keep things cool at night. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely consider renting again.

Maine Lake Perfection

Wonderful home on an incredible lake in Maine. When we stayed the water was so warm we swam multiple times every day - we just jumped in and swam, no hesitation! The home was well equipped with everything we needed for a great stay, there were ample towels and starter supplies, and the WiFi, sound system and TV setup made it easy to relax with some yacht rock or unwind with a movie after dark. We didn’t use the fire pit, but it was a great setup for a marshmallow fire. Highly recommend— we loved it here!

Labor Day in Maine

House was clean, quality furnishings for kitchen needs & sitting areas. House large enough for 5 couples to spread out. Only dirt issue was some of the older windows were very dirty with cobwebs and dead insects, and one window had no screen. No access to washer drier, but one was available in the garage that had no access provided. Otherwise, very nice. Lots of clean towels. Great porch! House is right on the water, which was nice. Listing had nothing about Adirondack Chairs, so we brought extra chairs that were not needed. Would have been nice to know. Lake seemed very clean, and large enough for tubing, boating and swimming. Easy access to rent a boat. Would definitely rent this home again.

Family on the lake.

The home was beautiful & comfortable. The lake was gorgeous with clear water. The views were amazing. If we had access to a washer & dryer, we would probably book again for 2 weeks! We were disappointed with the cleaning service. The bathrooms still had previous visitor’s soap & shampoo & sink had mildew, the floors were gritty which made us question if it was throughly cleaned. There wasn’t extra bed linens & only one clean kitchen dish towel.
