This is a studio apartment located close to downtown Roanoke. It is newly renovated with luxury furnishings from TXTUR furniture. The apartment is bright and sunny and features a full-size murphy bed for sleeping and fully stocked kitchen as well as in-unit washer and dryer. Lots of nearby food and drink options like Tuco's Tacos, Beamer's 25, Golden Cactus Brewing, Big Lick Brewing and others are a short drive or bike ride away.



The Space:

This is a newly remodeled 1 bedroom apartment with queen bed and full bath. It features a full kitchen, washer dryer in the unit as well as TV, Fast Wifi, Keyless entry and comfortable linens. Guests have access to the second story deck for working or relaxing. The historic building and luxury furnishings are sure to provide a comfortable stay.

The Neighborhood:

The west end of Roanoke is experiencing a renaissance with new restaurants, breweries, and renovations that allow both visitors and residents to experience the best of downtown Roanoke. You are a short drive (or a quick scooter or bike ride) from some of the best features of downtown, with quick access to the freeway and Salem.



Getting Around:

Free parking is provided on-site. Uber / Lyft / e-scooters are all available for hire.

So cute! Great location

I had a wonderful time here in Roanoke. So close to downtown. Murphy bed was very comfortable. Great WiFi, easy instructions, and I got to watch some free Jack Reacher episodes.

Nice, well kept, clean small studio. A small loveseat would have been nice. Good communications with the owner. Good location oher than the downtown usual riff-raff. We felt safe with well lit parking lots and security cameras everywhere though. Would stay again.

Nice spot

This spot was located very close to Hotel Roanoke. My father was attending a conference there. He enjoyed the place. It was very quiet. His only suggestion was to have a Keurig. He wasn’t sure how the French press worked and had to go out to get coffee. Otherwise, great location!

Awesome Visit!

We could have just stayed in the room the whole weekend. It was comfortable, workmanship and decor were above a erage. Kitchen and laundry spot on everything we needed the bathroom was well done spacious and very clean. They thought ofeverything right down to toiletries. We will be back for sure!
