There was a maintenance issue with lanai door but the staff was great and fixed it the same day we reported it. We loved the unit! I would have liked an earlier check in since the unit was unoccupied the day before but my requests were replied to with a form letter response. I just mention this so others are aware it won’t happen, but we liked the unit.
