Staying in this renovated farmhouse on the outskirts of Waco will give guests the sense of seclusion & yesteryear while still providing all the latest in amenities.

Each space is uniquely furnished with special touches to provide guests with comfort & a style reminiscent of the simple country life. Close to Lake Waco, golf courses, general shopping & also 15 minutes to downtown Waco & Baylor, there is no better place than this charming farmhouse to make your vacation special & complete.

A hot tub & game room are available to guests & are operational all year long. Game room includes air hockey, foosball, Pop-A-Shot arcade basketball and a commercial grade arcade machine with LED screen and games such as Pac-Man, Space Invaders and Galaxia.

Cute little farm house

Our stay was great. The house is very clean and pleasantly decorated. The coffee, tea, and snacks were a nice extra provided by the hosts. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful weekend!

We had a wonderful stay! My children (6, 5, & 2 years old) each had their own bed, which is a huge deal! And we all enjoyed the game room! Very clean, nicely decorated, and the quality of everything was wonderful! We will definitely stay here again!

Incredible getaway!

We loved the farmhouse and all of its charm! It was super clean, bright and sunny. It was in great location and close to the key places to visit in Waco. A key highlight for us were the front porch rockers overlooking beautiful countryside as well as cozy evening conversations on the back screened in porch. An awesome place!

We had our book club retreat here and couldn’t be happier about booking the Farmhouse. The hosts are so responsive and helpful. The house is beautifully done and well maintained. We enjoyed our afternoons reading by the fire pit. It was such a relaxing, cozy weekend. I cannot recommend this property enough. Everything is well-stocked from the kitchen to the coffee bar to the bathrooms. You can see the pride the owners take in this property and you don’t always find that in a VRBO. Thank you guys so much for making these 3 moms weekend in Waco so comfortable.

Perfect getaway!

This house was the perfect getaway for our family. It was close enough to town for daily activities but also far enough away to feel the peace and quiet of the countryside. Beds were very comfortable. Home was super clean. We loved the game room, jacuzzi, and screened in porch.

Excellent Getaway

This was a perfect place for our girls weekend. We loved being out in the country a ways and away from the hustle, yet within 20 minutes of just about everything we chose to do in Waco. Moving in the College Kids

Wonderful house in the country

We went to visit out Baylor sons for Thanksgiving. They very much enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, playing in the game room and eating food that we could prepare in a well-appointed kitchen. Communication with owners was excellent and we always enjoy staying in properties managed by D & L. Hope to see you again soon!

We were really impressed with this property. It was clean and perfect for our family of 5. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. It’s a great location - you get country feels while still being able to get anywhere you need to go easily. The hosts were great. Graduation Retreat

The house was exactly we wanted. There was plenty of room to relax. We had family of all ages coming by to congratulate the graduate and everyone who came by enjoyed their time.
