The house is not far from the activities downtown. I wouldn't walk to everything, but I guess people could. The house had plenty of room for everyone and 3 bathrooms was great! Parking was on the side street which wasn't a big issue. We had a great weekend! street which wasnt a
Justin, we had a great time staying at your place. We were in Waco for my daughter's graduation. Your house was very clean and nice and spacious. Would definitely recommend the stay. Just one minor wish. I did wish there were a few more hangers to use in the closets. There's only a total of four hangers. Two hangers in each of the two bedrooms that had closets. Thank you again for our pleasant stay!
This house was perfect for our stay in Waco. My family and my brother’s family stayed here for 4 days and the house was perfect. The kids had plenty of room to play and stretch out. Everything was nice and clean! Thank you for sharing your place with us!!!!!

Baylor Graduation
I’m going to preface my review with the fact that we stayed during Baylor graduation weekend and prices everywhere were inflated significantly. We paid over 1400 /night for this stay and if we would’ve paid what I’m assuming were “regular prices” I wouldn’t be as particular but the price was crazy. The home itself is beautiful on the inside and cutely decorated. But the home needs some heavy TLC, we had broken dinning room chairs that we didn’t know about till we sat in and the chair collapsed, one of the queen beds caves in bad causing the people to roll to the middle which makes it very challenging to sleep, most upholstered furniture had stains all over it, bathroom tiles are all loose, kitchen (to include counters, fridge, cabinets, dishwasher) and floors really were not clean and we had dozens of live and dead flies all over the home (this may be inevitable but still the dead ones could’ve been cleaned up). The neighborhood had some sketchy people walking around at night and the kids were persistent to wanting to play outside and we had to tell them no. Lastly we also ran into the issue of not enough towels like previously mentioned in reviews BUT they have two sets of washers and dryers which was nice. The location in regards to proximity to campus and stores was great and everything for us was within a 10 min drive. The owner was also readily available to speak with and was very communicative.

Cute house, could use some attention
Inside is decorated cute.. no simple amenities like coffee filters, coffee, etc
We had several issues with cleanliness - floors, linens - reported to owner- no response
House is on very busy street in sketchy neighborhood, with no driveway.
Magnolia is near but not walking distance
The house was super cute, it was in a good location and easy to get to. Parking was not ideal but it worked. Host was great about sending the door code early and it was easy to get in. We got there late so it was dark, I would suggest leaving the porch light on for check-in days because there isn't much lighting at night in the neighborhood. There were so many spiders and spider webs throughout the house (bedrooms, living room, bathrooms, and in the closets), the floors and counter tops were not clean. Some had to wash their own sheets and blankets because they had not been cleaned, which wasn't a problem because there was laundry soap and dryer sheets there. There was not enough towels for the number of people the house sleeps (12). We only had 9 people and not enough towels. It definitely served its purpose and was adorable but needs some sprucing up.
