Loza House is amazing! Beautiful property, great host & family, and very relaxing atmosphere. My family stayed in the Adirondack Screened-Porch unit and enjoyed the views and private hot tub. The unit had everything we needed, ample room and a cozy vibe. I enjoyed a sunrise with the peaceful sounds of lake life waking - fish surfacing for bugs, gulls congregating as if for a morning meeting, a whippoorwill call, a little family of ducks swimming by… very sweet and a lovely way to start the day. Location is great too - close to many good restaurants and activities. Highly recommend LoZa House!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The apartment itself was incredibly warm and cozy — the kind of place that immediately makes you feel at home. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful screened-in porch, where we spent quiet, peaceful mornings sipping tea and soaking in the sounds of the lake surrounded by the soft scent of blooming lilac bushes drifting through the air.The grounds were calm, serene, and peaceful throughout the entire day, creating the perfect atmosphere to truly relax and unwind, and disconnect. What made the experience even more special was the kindness and compassion shown by the Jon, Sergio and their family. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed from the moment we arrived. We left feeling refreshed, grateful, and already hoping to return.

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everything was so clean and even though the owners were upstairs, it felt very private. We enjoyed the pool table, the hot tub and the view! Would very much stay again.

Relaxing getaway

Can’t say enough about how amazing our stay was. So relaxing, we didn’t want to leave at the end. Even on a rainy day, the views are so beautiful that we were happy to sit in the screened in porch area. Can’t wait to come back :)

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Loza house. We were very comfortable and the amenities were top notch. We especially enjoyed the lake front fire pit, pool & foosball table, private hot tub and amazing views. The screened in porch unit was the perfect place for our end of summer getaway. It was our first trip with our pup and the hosts made sure we knew she was welcome and that allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves even more. I highly recommend the Loza house!

An amazing property

Spent six perfect nights. Jon and Sergio and their two children were wonderful hosts. My wife and I have stayed at dozens of rentals over the years and this was by far the best. We are actually talking about returning later this year.

Such a beautiful spot, and terrific hosts! My daughter loved the private hot tub, and taking naps on the screened in porch! Very quiet neighborhood, and great views!!! It was such a nice, relaxing stay, and we took Jon’s suggestions to visit the Ausable Chasm just down the road. Gorgeous!!! Everything is just minutes away, and we were able to fit a lot of activities into our 4 day stay! We hope to visit again soon!!!

The owners are very nice and accommodating. The living area is very clean and has all needed amenities. The property has a breathtaking view of Lake Champlain. My friends and I were so happy we chose the LoZa house to stay for our reunion of college friends.

"Hi Jon, I redid the review, if you want to just leave the one up that's there and reply with my full one: LoZa house was truly heaven on Earth for us. We were looking for a getaway for my birthday and just time time to relax and we couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment I booked, the responsiveness of Jon to my questions from the start was phenomenal. I just can’t say enough of how helpful Jon was from beginning to end. Now more about this amazing property, the view was absolutely beautiful! When we arrived the first thing I said to my husband was that, if we only left to pick up groceries and stayed here the whole time that would be fine with me! Our favorite spot was the sunroom, including our pup! He loved to bird watch out the sunroom windows. The sunrise each morning was breathtaking! We were so comfortable the whole time and had everything we needed. The furniture was comfy, the shower was amazing as well! We usually ate 2 meals in and one meal out and it worked out perfectly! Because I was recovering from knee surgery most of our time was spent just relaxing and enjoying the view. We did venture out to Lake Placid which was about an hour away, took our pup to the local beach and enjoyed some amazing restaurants in the area. Jon and Sergio were truly exceptional hosts, so friendly and welcoming and made us feel like family."

Weekend at the Loza House

We stayed at the wonderful Loza house for the weekend. The unit was beautiful, in excellent condition and very well equipped. The check-in process was seamless and our host, Jon was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. The location was amazing, one of the best on-lake locations we have stayed at over the last few years. Overall everything exceeded our expectations, highly recommend.

Picture perfect

Could not recommend more sunrises in the morning from your own private porch, swimming every day just enjoying life hosts friendly good people accommodation in private first floor, place to let the crazy world go for a while.

Beautiful!!!

This was the best VRBO property we have stayed at to date. We picked it for the view and water access which was perfect. We loved the screen porch and my husband liked the hot tub. The accommodations were spotless and our hosts were so incredibly gracious and welcoming. The only sad part was we had to leave. I loved it and will be back!
