Amazing stay at LoZo House – Sky Deck Suite The Sky Deck Suite was incredible — stunning views of Lake Champlain, spotless and well-appointed throughout. Pet-friendly with a great location. Host Jon and his family were wonderful hosts. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful view of Lake Champlain from a well appointed and spacious apartment. The Skydeck was awesome, watched Apollo 13 inside the geodesic dome, hiked in the Adirondacks then relaxed in the hot tub with a glass of wine. Kayaked to the islands, swam off the dock. So much to occupy our time and Jon and Sergio are amazing hosts. True story…I was having trouble with the TV so while we were hiking they bought a new one and installed it so it was available when we got back. We’ve travelled quite a bit and no hosts have ever been more accommodating or responsive and the little touches are too numerous to list. Amazing stay guys! Thanks for everything!

This is a stunning property. We stayed in the Skydeck apartment and the view from the sunroom and rooftop deck are incredible. The apartment is immaculate. The bed & linens were very comfortable. Jon & Sergio could not have been more accommodating. I’m already torn between staying in the Skydeck again or checking out one of their other properties.

Our stay at John’s place exceeded all expectations

Everything about the home was as described to include the incredible view, location, and friendliness of the folks who lives there. We highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a nice, quiet escape, and a beautiful home overlooking Lake Champlain.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the SkyDeck! The views were beautiful during the day and we had a perfect view of the stars at night! The unit was clean and welcoming and our hosts were very kind! We will be coming back for years to come!

Beautiful home, beautiful area!

We stayed at Loza house this past weekend and it was fantastic! Highly recommend the rooftop apartment with its majestic view of Lake Champlain. We visited many of the nearby attractions, restaurants and breweries. If your looking for a quiet family oriented experience try Loza for your stay.

Lazo House Rooftop has spectacular view!

We enjoyed our time at this house. Everything was very nice, clean, and in great shape. The views were phenomenal, swimming in the lake was fantastic, and the owner was very nice. Very convenient to downtown Plattsburg and and Ausable Chasm, etc. 5/5 would rent this place again.Guy&Minh Best

Spectacular Stay

Great people and a great place. The hosts pay attention to every detail. It is a unique space with incredible views. It is in a beautiful location on Lake Champlain with access to the water kyaks, paddle boat, and our unit had an amazing rooftop

The LoZa House...

We absolutely loved this space.We travel alot and this has been my favorite house .The views were amazing and Jon and Sergio were the best hosts and they made us feel very welcomed.Do yourself a favor and go check The LoZa house out!

Restful and comfortable

We came to town with few activities to do. This was the perfect home base. From early mornings and middays, the large windows provided a gorgeous view of the lake and the lake’s birds. We even saw 2 eagles.

Absolute perfection

Everything from the check-in through check-out was not just perfect, but over the top 10/10. The hosts thought of everything in the space to make it highly functioning, but also the perfect little touches to make it personal. The space is beyond gorgeous and there is everything you need for the stay to be comfortable. I really hope to stay here again in the future- and it was wonderful to meet the hosts, their children, and stay in such a gorgeous, calming place.

Peaceful retreat
