Only 300 m from the beach. The air-conditioned holiday home has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a cable TV, a high chair and a baby cot and parking spaces are available on the street. Outside you will find a large terrace with barbecue and garden furniture as well as an 18m² pool which provide for a relaxing holiday. Supermarkets, restaurants and the beach are within walking distance.

A great stay!

It was a wonderfully relaxing stay, property was clean but there was a bit of mould in the bathroom and the sofa in the lounge needed a bit of attention. Toni was there to greet us when we arrived and he couldn't have been more helpful. Thank you for a lovely week away!

Akzeptable Unterkunft für 2-3 Personen.

Es war im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung. Das Haus ist mit dem Allernötigsten, eher minimalistisch ausgestattet. Es fehlte eine herkömmliche elektrische Kaffeemaschine, die Kochtöpfe waren ungepflegt und alt, nur 1 einzige Rolle Toilettenpapier war vorgehalten, keine Haushaltsrolle, elektrischer Wasserkocher konnte über den Hausmeister besorgt werden, ebenso eine Zudecke für das lange zuvor angemeldete 2. Bett, an keinem Fenster existieren Moskitonetze, es gibt keine Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen.Am absurdesten war die Tatsache, dass es im Wohn-Essbereich eine Art Tresen gab, jedoch keine entsprechende Bestuhlung, um daran Platz zunehmen , z.B. zum Essen. Zudem stellt sich die Frage, wie an diesem kleinen Konstrukt überhaupt mehr als 2 Leute Platz nehmen könnten. Da wir in relativ wechselhaftem Wetter, eher kühlen Tagen dort waren, mussten wir uns den Tisch und die Stühle des Außengeländes in die Küche schaffen, um Frühstücks- und Essenplätze zu erhalten. Das Fernsehgerät war zwar modern, jedoch waren nur einige wenige Spanische Sender zu empfangen. Das WIFI war sehr gut, ein Ausfall wurde vom Hausmeister schnell behoben. Steckdosen gibt es zur Genüge, die Klima-Heiz-Anlage war sehr gut. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, aber kein Geschirrspüler. Die Warmwasserversorgung war exzellent.Der Pool war sehr gepflegt, leider für uns noch zu kühl. Nach einem Starkregen entpuppte sich eine äußerst dünne Wand im Anschluß an den Hauseingang als Pfusch am Bau,da Wasser eindrang.

Vacaciones perfectas!

Pros: La casa era perfecta, hemos ido con 3 niños y se lo han pasado en grande, mucho espacio exterior y una piscina, toni un encanto, estuvo muy atento de nosotros si necesitábamos cualquier cosa, incluso al llegar a la casa tubo el detalle de dejarle a los niños en la piscina un colchon hinchable una pelota y un flotador, sin duda para repetir con ellos, un placer Cons: Nada, todo excelente

Pros: La casa es espectacular. Toni ( persona que nos estregó las llaves el día de la llegada) nos facilitó en todo momento la entrada a la casa. Iba todos los días a limpiar la piscina y nos cambió el tendedero porque se rompió con el aire. Cons: No hay nada que no nos gustara. Mis padres quedaron encantados al igual que mi marido e hijos. Sin duda recomiendo instalarse en esta casa u otra de la propiedad si vas a Menorca.
