Just cozy place we needed

This studio was perfect for our stay. The linens, furniture, and bed were all quite comfortable. Allison goes the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable by providing not only basic needs but also special treats and conveniences. It felt like a deluxe suite and we would definitely come back again.

Great place

I think I was the best place we have ever stayed in, that includes hotels. My husband really enjoyed the fact that the golf course was right out the back door. Allison left more than enough snacks. Room was cozy and nicely furnished. It was close to our son and daughter-in-law. Plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. We hope to stay again soon.

This property is located in the perfect spot, close to my daughters, away from the traffic noise. We were provided with some little goodies for breakfast the first day and the hostess checked in with us many times to be sure everything was good. Perfect place for 2! We will definitely be using this place again when we visit the woodlands and Conroe.

My mom and I wanted to find a place to stay to go to a few concerts at The Cynthia Woods Pavilion and this place was perfect! It had a nice homey feel and had everything we needed. It was located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood so we were able to relax as well. The bed was comfy too! The host was thoughtful and welcoming. This studio apartment is an excellent spot for a quiet getaway or a place to come back to after a busy day. Its exactly as advertised in a quiet, mature neighborhood overlooking a golf course. A 10 Star Stay!

This studio appointment was perfect for my husband and me. We were in Conroe for three nights to attend a wedding. The apartment was just as shown in the pictures. It is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, in an upscale, peaceful neighborhood. The love seat and chair are very comfortable with plenty of pillows if you need extra back support. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, soft but supportive. I have back issues and had no stiffness or soreness after a great night's sleep. There's a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, Keurig and toaster in the kitchen. The host provided plenty of coffee pods, a variety of tea bags, creamer, sugar, stevia and stir sticks. There are pretty coffee cups, a few eating and cooking utensils available for use. The host also stocked the fridge with strawberries and whipped cream and bottles of water, OJ and milk. There were four fresh blueberry muffins, strawberry truffles and cotton candy for our enjoyment. Checkin was a breeze. We received instructions in a timely manner, complete with pics leading you to the apartment's front door. The steps leading to the apartment are very steep, but the host mentioned that in the description. We packed accordingly and used two small luggage bags instead of our usual one hugh one and managed just fine! We are in our mid to late sixies.We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area!

This place is adorable. The host communicated well. She went above and beyond to make it feel homey and welcoming. There were muffins, fruit, and chocolates on top of the beautiful decor and comfy bed. The location was in a neighborhood which wasn’t too busy and was well kept. It was also close to the freeway and lots of options for places to eat and things to do close by. Definitely 5 !
