3BDR FAMILY VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL & STEPS TO THE BEACH

5 min walk from beach lies our newest modern villa located at Pine Ave. Have a wonderful vacation here and enjoy your stay in our private outdoor area with its pool area fully equipped for you!

There is 3 min walk to Sea Ranch Shopping Centre with Publix, great breakfast place First Watch, Dunkin’, CVS, FedEx etc. If you wish to have more fun - Commercial Blvd is just 12 min away.

THE LIVING ROOM has a large flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The dining area has 8 table seats as well as bar with seatings. As well as fully equipped large kitchen with all kitchen stuff such as wine chiller, dishwasher, coffee maker and other tools and appliances.

The layout of the living area is an open plan with the way through the French doors to THE BACK YARD with its patio and pool zone. The covered patio features a BBQ grill, outdoor dining set and luxurious patio furniture for relaxing. You will definitely like to spend some time here.

There are three bedrooms upstairs:

THE MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, flat screen TV, wardrobe, balcony and a bathroom with a shower and tub combination.

THE SECOND BEDROOM: Queen bed, flat screen TV, closet.

THE THIRD BEDROOM: Queen bed, flat screen TV, closet.

PARKING notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. Private garage.

A perfect stay

I absolutely LOVED this place! It is SO clean, so cute, and in a perfect location. The kitchen had everything you need, the beach was close by, the pool area is adorable. I cannot say enough great things about this place.

The property is spacious, clean and is in a great location! 1000 steps ( 5 min)to the beach and even less to a small plaza. Our a.c went out and the owner was easy to contact and fixed it immediately. Would stay again!

Great location and house!

This house was clean, organized and had everything you need to go to the beach. The set up was perfect for three adults. You can walk to Publix, a coffee shop, and the beach. The pool was a bit smaller than what I anticipated from the photo but it was clean, nice and just perfect for us. I would definitely stay here again!

Great little family vacation to escape the winter

Very clean, great location close to grocery store, and a couple blocks to the beach and downtown area. Had all the things for kids including games, coloring set, bikes, air hockey table (I couldn’t find an extension cord to plug it in so we bought one and left it for the next renter ;) ) beach toys, chairs and wagon to bring it all. Met all of our needs!

Lovely Property

Overall a lovely stay for a family of 4. Property was spacious, clean, well-equipped and in a great location. About 2 blocks from shopping plaza with Publix, CVS, Dollar Store. About 3 blocks from the beach and about 10 minutes to Commercial Blvd. Communication with Jane the owner was good. We did have an issue with the pool heater, Jane was responsive and we worked it out. Would stay again!!!

Fabulous house and great location

We stayed here- myself, my husband and three kids. The house was great- everything you see in the pictures is there! Plus the location was great- short walk to beach, supermarket! Also the area has Circuit- a free shuttle service that serves all of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. So super easy to get around. I would stay here again and definitely recommend this place to others!

Family fun stay

We had such a fun time staying in this home. It can get very hot in Florida and we felt cool at night and during the day to escape the heat. We swam the whole time in the pool which was very clean. My mom is picky when staying in VBROs and she loves this house! Very clean and has absolutely everything you need especially for our 3 year old. Can't say English great things!

November warm getaway

Plenty of room. Nice heated private pool. Place could not have been cleaner. This is a 2 story, and the upstairs, especially the primary br, seemed warm. The sheets being 100% polyester didn’t help. However, the place is pleasant and quiet and truly walking distance to beach. It was a really nice getaway.

Great place to relax

This home was fabulous. It was clean and had had modern updates. It was about a 7 minute walk to the beach and because this was a residential area the beach was not crowded. The pool was just the right size to sit around to relax and cool off. Plenty of local restaurants in the area and we were able to stock up thanks to a Publics in walking distance. If you are looking for a party area this is not it. But if you are looking to relax in a quiet area this is the perfect spot.

Great All Around

The house was perfect for our family of 4. The lay out of house is great and was spacious, we did not feel like we were squeezed into a small house. The pool area was just the right size for us and a few others. The wagon that came with the house made it very easy to bring food and towels to the beach. Everything we needed was in walking distance, especially the beach, Publix, Dunkin', and First Watch for breakfast. We highly recommend the house, and Jane was very quick to answer our questions. We plan to stay there again.

Wonderful Trip!

We can't say enough good things about this property. The house was very comfortable. The location is outstanding! Short walk to the beach. Having Publix and CVS just a block away was so convenient. No need to rent a car. Easy walk into town, but also used the Circuit - download the app and they will pick you up right in front of the house for 2 a ride. The bus is also super easy and cheap. The kitchen is well appointed. It was nice that many basic spices, and some paper products, etc. were stocked. We loved having the pool and patio in the evenings to hang out and have dinner outside. We rarely stay at the same property twice, but all agreed that we would definitely book this property again!!

Perfect House for a Family Getaway

My daughter-in-law and my 2 grandchildren, as well as my sister-in-law, stayed in the house with me. It was a perfect location for shopping and dining, along with easy beach and playground access. The rooms in the house accommodated us very well especially having a crib to use. The heated pool was a perfect size for my grandchildren who are 6 and 3 years old. The pool toys and beach gear were provided including a wagon for transporting everything! When we had an issue with the door lock, it was resolved within 15 minutes. We enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property.

Winter Family Vacation

Fantastic and clean property! The pool area is comfortable and private. Perfect after a day at the beach. Everything is within a 5 minute walk… beach, coffee, grocery, liquor store. We walked to the Commercial Blvd area for dinner every night and had great meals at the Aruba and 101 Ocean. The host provided a high chair, pack n play, and gates for the stairs for my 8 month old grandson which were all clean and newer. My only concern for future guests was the front room “pull out couch”. The couch pulls out but there was no mattress just a board like platform. Thank goodness it was my 18yo son’s bed because he can sleep anywhere! Overall, we were thrilled with our experience at the Villa Odessa!

Perfect location - Perfect House

Beautiful house, nicely furnished. Great layout. We had very few issues, but Host was incredibility responsive and helpful. Great laid out to home with large rooms. Plenty of space for everyone. Backyard pool and patio is a private oasis! So close to the large incredible LBTS beach (5 minute walk). Very close to stores (2 blocks) and an easy 10 minute walk. to hub of LBTS with dozens of restaurants and bars. We rarely drove our car, can walk to everything. LBTS is a great beach town and this house is located to take advantage of it all. We have stay in this area for years and this house was the best, that is saying alot. The Host was great to work with from booking and on. 1st Rate people.
