My Grade II listed property is in the Burnham-on-Crouch conservation area, 2 minutes walk to the quay with it's riverside pubs, yacht clubs and the many local restaurants. If your pleasure is boating, fishing or walking the sea wall then it is all on your doorstep or if you prefer a more relaxed lifestyle then strolling along the quay and high street will reward you with good food and drink and wonderful river views.

Wonderful stay

The property is excellent, sitting as it does in Burnham-on-Crouch’s conservation area. It is very comfortable and has lots of room for relaxation and more formal dining if you want. The location is perfect with everything that Burnham offers on the doorstep. David is an excellent host and went over and above to chat and help. Thank you so icy, David. In summary, you couldn’t get a better venue, house or host. Thoroughly recommend it if you’re coingypBurham-on-Crouch.

Beautiful Historic Property Conveniently Located

My family of four stayed at this wonderful property as part of a trip to catch up with family in and friends in August 2022. The host was communicative beforehand and was pleased to answer all questions ahead of time. We were met personally which was nice to get a tour. The property is spacious with three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms over three floors. Stairs are period and as such steep. It is decorated with thoughtful antique touches that work well with the houses age. The highlight for us was the beautiful sun room out back and small, picturesque sun dappled walled garden with blooming roses. The location is perfect being located to riverfront walks, shops, restaurants and pubs. I heartily recommend this property.
