This is a three-bedroom home that will accommodate everyone with ease. The game room offers a twin bunk for the kids. There is also a king primary suite, a queen bedroom, and a third bedroom with two double bunks. There are a full bath, great views of the lake from the kitchen, and dining and living room areas. Two of the upper bedrooms include access to private decks. There is a large backyard with a deck table and chairs and a boat dock. Kick back in the living room and enjoy the fireplace and HDTV. The kids have their own room with an Xbox and an HDTV, a DVD player, and more.

Passes to the rec center (offering a pool, a state-of-the-art gym, racquetball courts, and more) can be purchased for a nominal fee.

Wonderful property and great stay for the family

1816 Piedra Rd was a wonderful vacation spot this Easter. The home is well appointed, comfortable and situated right on the southwest area of Pagosa Lake. The views from two balcony’s and the Patio are gorgeous with a dock and fishing just feet away. The staff at Vacasa were friendly and responsive. I highly recommend this property to anyone who would like a spacious, well designed property for a family fun vacation.

Stay with Caution!

Upon arriving, we noticed several things that were run-down such as the roof, broken fences and a very unwelcoming front entrance. Upon entering with our grocery items, my son (adult) dropped several bottles so we immediately set to clean up spills. I located a sponge mop and a string mop. I used the sponge mop and by the time I finished cleaning the area (and surrounding areas) the mop was COMPLETELY black. We then "toured" the property. The back deck didn't look like it had been attended to for quite some time. And then there is the issue of the Foosball table...THE reason I booked this property is our family LOVES to play foosball. The online listing has pictures of the foosball table as being on of the amenities. However, there was NO BALL. I texted the phone number provided with no response. I then called the number and talked with a representative. I told her about the cleanliness of the floor, front area and back deck. She offered to have a cleaning crew come out but by that time I had completely mopped the kitchen and living room (again) and my husband cleaned the back deck. She said she would find out about the foosball. After my hours and disjointed text messages, we were told the foosball tables were NOT FOR GUESTS! I sent them several pictures of the online pictures with no response. But that's not all...the grass between the back deck and the lake is completely dead with large patches of dirt. And the 3 trees block the view of the lake. But that's not all...

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed the location and layout of the home. It fit our family well. The private dock made accessing the lake with our paddleboards and kayaks very easy. It was also nice to fish from.
