5 minute walk to beach - come relax, enjoy family time and even fish.

Our home sleeps 6 comfortably in this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom single story home. .

Outdoor shower with cold/hot water available. Large driveway available.
Covered large deck for family dinners and games.
House is located near the Mexico Beach/Bay County and Gulf County border line. Beach access is directly across the street as you walk from the house. No need to search for it.
Great location for fishing. (please don't clean fish inside the house)
We are approximately 40 minutes away from Panama City Beach - convenient to spending the day shopping.

Must be 25 years or older to book this property.

We have security cameras on the outside of the home. One overlooking the Driveway, and one overlooking the rear of the house.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

No cleaning of fish inside the house or on the property. We are not referring to store bought fish, only the ones you catch.
All trash bags should be placed in the outdoor trash bin. Do not leave it inside the home. Trash collection is Tuesday morning.
