Lounge in the hammock or on the wrap around couch, on the large screened in front porch, take your coffee down to the beach first thing in the morning, stay all day with your beach set up only minutes walk from house. Lay in the swinging bed, in front of the fire pit, in the fenced in backyard, secure boat-sized parking and large kitchen for cooking your catch! (Note picture of 19 ft boat and truck fitting in back drive way and covered car port), house is one story so no stairs!

Please make sure all windows are shut, AC is set to 76, lights are off
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don’t park vehicle all the way up to the house in the front yard, you can park in front, just off road in curb or in the back on the driveway.

Perfect house for our family. Good pillows which is always a plus… only hiccup was that VRBO didn’t send check in instructions. The host quickly called and got us in. Close to the beach, well stocked kitchen, and very clean. Would go back next year for sure. Neighbors were really nice and quiet neighborhood.

Perfect spot for our little family get away. House had everything we needed. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space- inside & outside. Great location - very short walk to beach easily done with small children. Host was very responsive and never made me feel like I was bothering her with my questions. We will definitely be back to stay here!

We had a great time visiting this property. It worked out great with our dogs with us. It was a close walk to the beach. The screened in porch was nice. The fenced in yard was nice.it could have used a tv in the bedroom. The neighborhood was nice and quiet.

As a former Florida girl who now lives in a Georgia world, I can't say enough good about this house. Everything inside is new and updated, but the house gives that wonderful "Old Florida" vibe. The house was very clean, nicely appointed, and every single thing was comfortable and welcoming. It is pet friendly, and our little chihuahua had a great time exploring the fenced back yard. The front porch is perfect to gather with friends and enjoy the great sea breeze. I can't think of a single thing that isn't covered; board games, TV, internet, blankets for those like me who can't watch TV without one, and every kitchen item you would ever need. What a great place to enjoy the beautiful beaches of The Forgotten Coast! Will definitely stay there again, and the host (Nicole) is wonderful as well. Beach perfection!

Beautiful house about one block from the beach. Lovely decorations, amazing porch to watch the sunsets and more amenities in the kitchen, and really the whole house, than any house we’ve ever stayed in! The host is super responsive as well!

Cozy, relaxing, clean, short walk to the beach. They had everything we needed for the stay! Mexico Beach is a great small relaxing town! Close to Panama City and St Joe for “bigger town” experiences.

Beach Trip!!

This was the cutest house to stay in and very close to the beach! The host was so sweet and answered quickly if we had any questions. This was perfect for three of us, but we could have definitely added 3 more and it still sleep comfortably. Will definitely book here again!!

4th on the beach

Our stay was great. Love the fenced in yard and the outdoor porch area. Quite area yet so close to anything we needed in town not to far away. And waking to the beach was so great. Watching fireworks on the beach was a great experience and would recommend everyone do it in there life. The host was so helpful with any questions we had and responded in a timely manner.

Laid back and relaxing

This was the perfect house for a relaxing weekend getaway. Me and my brothers came down late and the house was very easy to access and get into. The house was clean and comfortable. The parking out back was convenient and I liked the fenced in backyard as well it made me feel better about leaving my fishing rods and other items in the truck overnight. The neighborhood was nice and quiet!
