Had a great stay! There was limited cookware i.e. mixing bowls and cooking utensils but nothing that was a deal breaker. The host was kind enough to make sure we had charcoal and lighter fluid so that we could cook out. Definitely on our list of places to stay next time we are in town.

Perfect weekend getaway

Great house for several families

This house was great for a group of several families. Plenty of bathrooms and we never felt like we were on top of each other due to the size of the living area. It was a good neighborhood and close to food and grocery.

The house was in a good location, had a few problem but over all worth the stay. The pool could use a heater so that it’s not so cold. Owners were nice and communicated with before check in. Very pretty house. Comfortable and didn’t have everyone stumbling over each other.

Large group of friends traveling together

Location is perfect. Very close to all of the districts/neighborhoods in the city. House is on a busy corner of a very nice neighborhood. We actually liked being on the corner so we felt like we weren’t disturbing the full time residents nearby. Host is very responsive and the check-in and check out process was very easy. Lots of room and 3 nice sized bathrooms were great for our group of 9.

Great Location

The location was GREAT! Nice neighborhood and close to everything. The heat seemed to be on a timer and would kick off for hours at a time so the house was cold at times. The towels were also damp when we got there but we just rewatched real quick and was fine. Overall it was a good home with lots of room so we never felt on top of each other.

Good for our needs

This house suited our needs very well. We liked the location, but the house is at the corner of a busy street and very close to I-44, so it is quite noisy. The pool was great for the kids. The host was very responsive. About half of the mattresses were sub-par. Otherwise the house was roomy and comfortable.

Family Time in Tulsa

My son is moving to Tulsa so this was our home base for a weekend exploration. House was easy to find. Located centrally to all attractions and restaurants. Very clean and stocked well. Beds, linens and towels good quality. Very spacious and the pool was ideal for adults and a 5 yr old. Paul was very responsive. And Justin was a phone call away. Both very helpful. Great place to stay. It was a little higher priced than I usually spend but worth it...

Very nice property

The house is furnished and decorated very well. The host is quick with communication and responsive to the small issues we had. There were so items left in one of the closets from the previous guest, one hot water heater was turned way down (he sent someone over to fix it as soon as we told him) and a couple of the beds were not comfortable to us although he said we were the first guest in two years to express that to him. Overall pleased with the house and the host.

Upon our arrival at the property, we were unable to get inside because the access code provided did not work. After a long 10-hour drive, my family and I were left stranded outside for approximately 1.5 hours. We were hot, exhausted, and understandably frustrated. Unfortunately, the property manager was initially unsure how to resolve the issue without access to their laptop, which further delayed our entry.Once we were finally able to get in, we found the property to be very nice, and overall, we did enjoy our stay.However, we encountered another concern: the pool does not have a handrail on the steps for safe entry and exit. Handrails are an important safety requirement, especially for those with mobility challenges. My parent, who is disabled, was unable to use the pool safely — which was very disappointing, as the pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property.We hope this feedback is helpful and taken into consideration for future guests, particularly those traveling with elderly or disabled family members.

Ok guys this posting makes the house look gorgeous but it's definitely a catfish! The inside was perfectly clean and nice but the outside was filthy! I had to ask the owner to send the pool guy because it was so dirty and the jacuzzi had mosquitoes living on the top layer. Pool guy came but didn't clean the jacuzzi only the main pool. I definitely never went in who knows what disease I can catch from all the bugs and creatures. The house is very old but they have renovated some parts inside. Definitely not worth the price. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful but do not fall for the pictures. This is an old house and its obvious the Owner doesn't visit often because the outside is just filthy. It looks like they haven't cleaned up the backyard in years.

We have a yard person as well as a pool guy come weekly. I even paid for the pool guy to come by an extra time because you said it was dirty. Pool guy said that it was just some leaves from the storm that had blown into the pool. So I go out of my way and extra expense to have the pool cleaned again while you were here and I still get a 4/10. We've had an unusual amount of rain and thunderstorms this year and that knocks leaves into the pool. And we are Oklahoma with a lot of wind. Sorry it wasn't your California weather with an Ocean Breeze.

Great location, host was great, house was clean. The only complaint was that we arrived and dropped our luggage off and went to dinner. When we got back at 10:30pm that night we realized the house didn’t have any toilet paper or hand soap on the holders at all. We had to drive to 3 different places to find somewhere that was open to get toilet paper that night. I have never been to a vrbo that didn’t at least provide enough toilet paper to get thru the night.
