Private community just 15 minutes from the beaches
This beautiful newly updated single story home is only 15 minutes from Ft. Myers beach and Sanibel island. There is a Publix grocery store 1 mile from the community of Wellington Lakes. The home features a split style single level home with the master suite with private bath and double walk in closets on one side of the home and the two additional bedrooms on the other side. There is a large newly screened lanai which is accessible from the master bedroom and the main living area. There is a community pool just steps from the house and Estero Bay Preserve Park is walking distance from the house. The interior features new wood laminate flooring and tile throughout, updated pantry, pull out couch in office for additional guests as well as a hide a bed in family room, brand new master bedroom and guest room mattresses and a new refrigerator.

We recently acquired the property from our parents who passed away within one month of each other after 65 years of marriage. We loved all the memories we made here and didn't want to let go of the property. We want to invite you to make wonderful memories here with your family just like we have done for the past two decades. We hope you will love it here as much as we all have.
Why they chose this property
The location is perfect since it is so close to the beaches and airport but not so close that you experience all the traffic. We are also two miles from the hospital which is very convenient, if need arises. Although we don't have a pool on the premises, there is a heated and barely used community pool right on the lake and it is very well maintained and just a short walk from the house.
