Beautiful decor, amazing views from all windows and sliding glass doors! Well stocked kitchen. Towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soaps provided. Delightful!

The location is ideal and the view is stunning. There are comfortable beds and the house is well kept and clean. We especially liked that the ac worked well and there were quality beach towels and toys provided in addition to the soft sheets and numerous bath towels. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and loved having lots of ice. An open reverse floor plan offers lots of space with a great seating area for dining as well as lounging. Having an elevator really makes bringing in luggage and groceries a breeze. Annette is an excellent communicator and made us feel very welcome with lots of extra touches. I highly recommend Sea Faith Rising!

Wonderful beach va ation on Topsail Island

This property has a great floorplan and is beautifully decorated. The owners add special touches and welcome gifts that made us feel immediately at home. Communications with the owners were superb and they were highly responsive to any questions we needed to ask. I highly recommend this property!

We had such an amazing week at this house! The hosts are incredibly considerate and left us a ton of goodies to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, spacious, well-furnished and in the perfect location! It also very well stocked to keep everyone entertained - lots of puzzles, games and a ton of beach gear. The elevator is super easy to use and was so helpful to have for the older folks in our group. Everyone in our family was so sad to leave and we can’t wait to come back next year!

Wonderful family vacation in Top Sail!

Cannot say enough great things about the home and owners! The house was very clean which is important for us as a family with young children. The views from each room are amazing! In addition the home was well stocked with kitchen supplies, beach gear and everything needed for our stay. The home owners were very responsive to any questions or concerns throughout the reservation. Overall just a great vacation in a beautiful home on Top Sail Beach!

Great home and hostess

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. Great Ocean front views and sounds views The owners were very helpful and easy to communicate with. Even made a special trip to the house to verify the condition of the beaches after hurricane Ian. Appreciated the extra special touches the owner had upon arrival . Would highly recommend this home!

Wonderful vacation!!

What a great house! Plenty of space and fabulous views. Beach was not crowded in front of the house. House is quiet and cool. Plenty of provided linens and beach towels. Kitchen had everything needed for a weeks stay. MIL able to use walker throughout the house. Elevator was a lifesaver! Would stay here again.

Tops in Topsail

This is an amazing house with a spectacular view of the ocean. This was our 3rd vacation on Topsail- this was by far the best! In all respects - top notch! The elevator was a plus for my 80 year-old mother-in-law. We highly recommend this house and would love to come back…. Hopefully soon!

Beautiful Home and a Wonderful time!

The vacation home was absolutely perfect. Wonderful views of the beach and ocean. The property was immaculate and had all of the amenities you could ask for. The host provided all bedding and plenty of towels. The house had a wonderful layout with 3 king bedrooms and a nice 4 bedroom for the kiddos. I thought the location was perfect, right in the middle of the island, close enough to Surf City so you could enjoy bars and restaurants and get groceries and food, but far enough away that you could hear nothing but the crashing waves of the ocean! I highly recommend this property and will consider renting it again next time we make our way to Topsail!

Family and the beach!

This house is beautiful and the perfect location for a family with young children and babies. Right on the beach - easy access for short or long beach days and the ocean was warm! House is well equipped and Annette was always available for questions, issues -whatever. I loved that all BRs had king beds! And the deck(s) had both sun and shade - good options during nap time! We never left the house except for groceries the entire week! Would go back tomorrow! Thank you Annette and Doug.

Amazing Location and Beautiful Home!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for a week in July and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sea Faith Rising. The home is beautiful and the host has provided so many extras! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and baking. The bedrooms were so comfortable. Four beds and baths were perfect for the four of us. The outdoor space was so relaxing and beach access was perfect! We enjoyed watching sunrises every day, walking the beach looking for sea shells and dolphins. The large table was perfect for jig saw puzzles and dinner. We drove to Surf City many times for dinner, coffee and shopping. This is our 3rd trip to Topsail and love the beach community. Little things that exceeded expectations

We have come to Topsail each year for most of the last 12 years and stayed a different place each time for no particular reason- usually because the size of our group varies. We'd put this one at the top of our list to consider for future trips pending what our group may look like then.The house was the best appointed one we can remember- we found several little unexpected "gift" packages for some day to day things that we did not expect, but that were a really nice touch. Linens, beach towels, and beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. were all plentiful, more than what we needed, and better than some we have rented in the past. We also have had some challenges with not enough tupperware-type storage in previous stays elsewhere, but that was not an issue here- plenty of glass and plastic storage containers for our group. The owners were always responsive to even fairly mundane questions. Nitpicking, we did find some dog hair in places, but that was not wide spread or anything that caused us any issues. We thought we may have paid a bit more for a house we decided we liked better than others, but that was at least offset by some of the other things that were provided. Overall, a really great experience with this rental and one we will save to consider for a future trip.

We only rent the house during the high season, and the rest of the year we enjoy it ourselves with our two golden retrievers (who are, admittedly, very fluffy!). Our cleaner is incredibly thorough, but since we were there just before your stay, it sounds like a bit of fur may have slipped through—my apologies for that. I’m sure she’s since caught the last of it. As you know, we don’t allow pets for renters, and appreciate your understanding. What a wonderful week we had at this lovely home! There were so many extras! It was so nice not to have to make the beds when we arrived! Having beach towels to use instead of packing them saved so much space. The bathroom toiletries were much appreciated! And the welcome cooler filled with such thoughtful gifts is something we've never experienced! The hosts are very responsive. When the countertop ice maker failed our host worked tirelessly to have a new one delivered quickly. We are looking forward to coming back for more family adventures! Best rental ever!

It was a beautiful beach house, the view of the ocean was spectacular! Great access to restaurants in the area which was so convenient. The beach house had everything youneeded from the kitchen to the bedrooms and outside chairs etc. The owner of this beach house went beyond with the decor as well as all the extras included.
