The Villas at Poipu Kai is the newest and most luxurious development within Poipu Kai Resort, located on the sunny south shore of Kauai! Unit C110 is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom ground level luxury villa, boasting over 1,600 square feet of living space and a large lanai overlooking the beautiful Poipu Greenbelt. It has two spacious primary bedrooms, with king size beds, en suite bathrooms and plenty of closet space. A third bedroom has two twin beds, and an additional detached full bathroom.

This elegant villa is located near the Poipu Greenbelt, with its paved walkway leading to some of the finest beaches on the south shore of Kauai. Take a 3 minute stroll to Brennecke’s Beach to watch the sea turtles or for some world-class boogie boarding and body surfing. Or head 5 minutes in the opposite direction for quick access to the Grand Hyatt Resort and Shipwrecks Beach. Poipu is a great home base for exploring the Garden Isle, from Waimea Canyon and Polihale on the West side to Princeville and Hanalei up North.

This Villa was perfect for me and my family. The host was very helpful and responded back quickly to any questions i had. The Villa was very clean and convenient where it's located. Great location as just a short walk to the beautiful beaches. Hosts were very responsive leading up to and during the stay. We had a party of 8 which the property easily accommodated. Pretty much had everything we needed.

The property was great! Had everything we needed but was not cluttered. Lots of spices if you wanted to cook. Very impressed with the beach gear provided (cooler, boogie board, towels, wagon, etc). The primary bathroom was fabulous. And beds were comfortable.Location was convenient to the pool and beach. Shared grills were kept very clean.Only slight negative was that we could hear footsteps from the unit above; not sure if they were unusually loud, or if there just isn’t any insulation. Also, the dryer seemed to take a long time to get clothes dry.

Our six-night stay at the Villas at Poipu Kai was wonderful, and Stephen was an outstanding host. The condo served as the perfect home base for an amazing visit to Kauai. Its layout and amenities were ideal for our group—my wife and me, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and three grandchildren (ages 7, 5, and 2). With us coming from Alabama and them from Alaska, it was a special time together.We’re already planning another trip and hope to stay in the same location again. Stephen went above and beyond by allowing us to extend our checkout time so our grandchildren could rest before their overnight flight back to Alaska. That kindness made a big difference for our family.
