Ten minutes from airport, 30-45 minutes to 7 world-class ski resorts. Safe and quiet side street hidden right downtown. You'll love it!
Other things to note:
There is a second apartment in the backyard that is occasionally occupied by a quiet couple and their pooch. So don't be surprised if you see them walking through the side gate to get into the back.

Cute, clean house in a great central location

The house was so charming and very clean. The location made it the perfect launchpad for going out into Salt Lake City, it's on a quiet unassuming street but still in the heart of the city.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
There were dead cockroaches on the floor as well as hair, both human and dog, on the beds. Also the front door would not close unless you used the deadbolt because there was no plate on the frame side of the door. Also there was a 2 inch gap on the door as well.

BEWARE: This guest is a SCAMMER! DO NOT BOOK THIS GUEST! They pull the classic scam where they show up, make up a bunch of nonexisting problem, and then demand a full refund. They bully and pester you you, trying to force you into paying them. SCAM ALERT!

Hi, we're Hoss and Teri. We are local restaurant owners, skiers, and travelers. We also run a fresh mint limeade stand at the downtown farmers market in the summer.

Why they chose this property

We love this house. Even though it's downtown, it's tucked away on a quiet street. It's the type of place we love to stay when we are traveling. We hope you love it!
