Location was Great. Literally a 5 minute Walk to all of the Main Street Attractions & Amusement park. More than enough room for 4 Adults & 2 kids. We only stayed for 1 night. Were able to check in 2 ours earlier for a 30.00 fee as we were traveling with our 2 dogs as well & wanted to get as much in as possible. Place was clean & convenient. 1 off street parking spot but plenty of walkable on street parking.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was one of the best parts. It was very walkable, with sidewalks that made it easy to take the dog out, and we could easily walk to the pier. Having Walgreens nearby was also really convenient when we realized we needed a couple of supplies.My husband picked up a lobster from Beach Lobster & Farmstand on Saco Ave. one day, and we loved that the house had everything we needed to make a seafood boil. It made for such a fun beach house dinner!Check-in was a little bumpy at first, but we were able to reach the host and get the code we needed. The bathroom is on the smaller side with just a shower, and while the futons weren't the most comfortable for lounging, having two additional sleeping spaces was really convenient.Overall, we had a great stay and especially loved the location and being able to walk to so much of Old Orchard Beach!

Compact place that allows pet - no frills EXCEPT for a washer and dryer which was awesome. I would suggest placing a hair dryer in the unit. I bought a little hand broom and dustpan and left it there since there wasn't one.

Perfect Little Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful visit to OOB to finish off our summer. The cottage is a quick walk to the beach and pier. It was very clean and comfortable for the four of us to relax and recharge in between swimming, playing mini-gold, and enjoying the amusement park.

Location was fabulous especially if you want to explore by foot. Quiet neighborhood. Comfy beds. We love to cook at night, so the downfall for us was that the kitchen was sparsely stocked to do that. Also would have loved an information packet about the area! Loved Old Orchard Beach!!!

We had a very nice stay, cottage was clean and had plenty of room for our family of 7. Only a couple of small complaints, leaving more toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags would be good and the trash out back was stinky and didn’t get picked up at all while we were there. All in all it was a great stay and we will look to book again in the future!
