Accurate description. Clean but parking could be problematic if all units were occupied. Inside was better maintained than the appearance of the outside. I was skeptical when we drove up.

I stayed for a weekend for my birthday getaway. It was perfect access to the beach. The area is very family friendly, but perfect for all ages and stages of life. I walked up the street to tons of shops and restaurants. The Pier is very close where you can enjoy rides and games. I would definitely stay again.

It was a little smaller than expected. The floors felt a little bit dirty but other than that it was a great stay! The place was steps away from the beach. The property management team was very kind and helpful.

My husband and I stayed the end of August for 4 days. It was cute and cozy! For 2 people it was perfect. It was well stocked with what you would need. You do not have a lot of outdoor space to sit outside though. You are steps away from the beach! You could hear the waves from the cottage! The location is great! The pier area has so much to do and see. Shopping, Restaurants, Attractions, Candy Shops and so much more! The biggest down fall is there is NO on site parking. They need to configure the parking area to be able to hold 5 cars a spot for each rental there. We were forced to park in a parking lot being charged 30.00 a day for parking. Which adds up quickly and there is NO on street parking. I would say that this is the biggest downfall and inconvenience. Having said that I will budget better for the parking because we are definitely returning to the cute little cottage by the sea!

Decent property. Some sand on floor, but this is a beach property. Kitchen sink plug missing so hard to do dishes.Several dishes in cupboard were dirty.Large burner on stove did not work.Overall a nice property. Just a few minor things. We would stay again.
