Charming 2-room apartment in an architect's house from 1960 in the heart of Bad Harzburg. Quiet and close to town, the golf course nearby. Stylish and high quality furnishings. Own train across the terrace into the living room. Recently renovated.
The living room is comfortably furnished. They look directly into the fenced garden.
The sofa can be transformed into a fully fledged bed, 80 x 200 cm.
We are happy to assist the guests with words and deeds.
In the spa town we are obliged to charge a guest contribution of 2 Euro per person per night, which you pay in cash upon arrival.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Sehr schöne FeWo und sehr netter Vermieter -

Unser Winterurlaub in Bad Harzburg in einer sehr schönen FewO wird uns in guter Erinnerung bleiben. Vom Buchen bis zum Verlassen der FeWo war alles 1A. Die Bilder entsprachen genau der Beschreibung. Die Vermieterin war bestens vorbereitet und so war der Aufenthalt einfach entspannend. Sehr zu empfehlen. Keine Kritikpunkte. Danke.

Leider waren die Sitzmöbel im Wohnzimmer durchgesessen und die Wohnung war für unsere Begriffe zu dunkel. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Bett war bequem. Lage sehr ruhig.

Unterkunft und Umgebung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Der eigene Garten mit dem Strandkorb war toll zum Ausruhen. Bis zur Stadtmitte braucht es zu Fuß nur ca. 10 Minuten. Auch bis zum Baumwipfelpfad braucht man nicht lang. Generell kann man in der Umgebung viel unternehmen, besonders mit Kindern.

Schöne Fewo in ruhiger Lage

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Wie schon die Fotos zeigten, ist diese Wohnung sehr gemütlich und dazu hervorragend ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin hat sogar an Dinge, wie z. B. einen langen Schuhanzieher, Kerzen und liebevoll ausgesuchtes Geschirr gedacht. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit im Harz!

Schönes Feriendomizil in idealer Lage

Rundum Perfekt

Ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil in besonders ruhiger Lage, dennoch alle notwendigen Geschäfte Fußläufig erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlte an Nichts und und es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Für uns als Wanderfreunde war es auch mit Hund sehr angenehm auch in der Organisation der kleinen notwendigen Hundespaziergänge. Der eigene kleine Garten mit Terrasse ist ein besonderes Highlight. Vielen vielen Dank ..... wir kommen wieder!!!

Wir haben 18 Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und entspricht zu 100 % der Beschreibung. Sie ist mit allem nötigen Zubehör ausgestattet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Man geht trotzdem nur ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Zentrum. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend und wir haben uns, auch unser Hund, dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Grüße, die Kölner

Zauberhaft ruhig gelegen

Charmante Ferienwohnung trifft es wirklich, die Einrichtung, so ganz anders als daheim, eine kleine "Zeitreise"...selbst dem 9jährigen gefiel das Ambiente. Die dazugehörige kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf die Blumenpracht im Garten nebenan, die unglaubliche Ruhe, da keinerlei Straßenverkehr dort entlang führt, man fühlte sich und war auch ganz für sich allein. Kleines Makel: der Hund des Vermieters scheint abends nicht gern allein zu sein und tut dies dann auch kund. War aber nur an einem Abend der Fall. Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Feriendomizil mit schier unendlichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in den Harz.
