The rooms were super clean, felt like home. The host was excellent. We loved the access to the beach. Everything was close by. We had an excellent stay and loved every minute of it.

This property was incredible! Very clean & maintained. Every amenity you could think of. Yards from the beach via boardwalk & great pool. Highly recommend. Very quiet part if the Island but only minutes from shops & restaurants.

Kitchen and living area are very spacious and well organized. All the rooms were spacious and comfortable! The location and access to beach is excellent. Port Aransas center is about 5 mins, so this location was peacefull and relaxaing.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house! The house was very clean and comfortable, and all of my children loved it. They especially loved the kitchen and enjoyed making little snacks during our stay. The pool was also great and was definitely one of our favorite parts!The beach house was also within a good walking distance to the beach, which made everything really convenient. Overall, we loved our stay and had a wonderful time as a family.The only small issue we had was that the parking pass wasn’t there when we arrived. We contacted the house, and they were very helpful and provided us with the parking pass since it was included with the beach house. Everything was taken care of, and it all worked out great.We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beach house to other families!

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. We arrived and were short two sets of bath towels but we messaged the host and they were able to get us the towels in a timely manner. It was a bottom condo, close to the walk way to the beach, and pool. We will stay again!

Salty and Fun

Nice rental although it did need a deep cleaning. Discussed other items with manager. Liked that there was a direct board walk to beach. Pool was nice.

Very nice and comfortable. Some of the furniture was well used. I had a hard time getting out of the rocker. Exhaust fan in the back bathroom was inoperative. Air conditioning was excellent. Location was excellent. Noise level was also excellent. Pool was excellent. Sheets and towels were excellent. We had a very nice, relaxing time.

Here are the positives and negatives for this property. Positives: the beach access/location, the boardwalk to the beach is great. Overall cleanliness was good. Fully stocked kitchen was helpful and used. Master suit is very spacious, other guest rooms were nice. Negatives: furniture in main family area is very dated and worn, should be replaced, perhaps they are getting ready to paint the unit, walls were bare with picture hangers everywhere, master shower drain was plugged, fire alarm went off randomly, thankfully upstairs neighbors knew how to turn them off.
