Highlights are the 150+-year-old random width oak floors, chef's kitchen, gas fireplace, steam room and jacuzzi, oversized screen porch, a game room with shuffleboard, and a large second floor porch. Outside you'll find a heated pool, custom outdoor pizza oven, dock, fire pit, kayaks, paddle board, and hammocks to enjoy the amazing views of the wraparound coves of Porters Creek and the Miles River. The historic two acre elevated and professionally landscaped property provides plenty of room for bocce, croquet, and badminton. A nature oasis, Perry Point is the perfect place to observe migrating birds, resident eagles, osprey, blue herons, and turtles. Catch crabs from the pier and fish from the dock. One mile from downtown Saint Michaels, Perry Point is an easy bike or boat ride away from Saint Michael's harbor. This perfect river retreat is waiting for you!

Great Peaceful Property

Stayed at this wonderful place on peninsula and was even better than the pics and description - the local contact Lexi was great and answered all questions. Because this was a small fam reunion we almost never left over 5 days and the kitchen and gathering space was amazing as were the 3 bedroom suites. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back !

Beautiful vista

One of the most lovely properties with a feeling of home. Comfortable charming and stocked with all the amenities needed to relax or have fun- hammocks, pool, books , games, and a beautiful shaded lawn large enough to kick a soccer ball around. Located on a point so the breeze was a welcomed treat. Plenty of places to gather together or hunker down with a book. We all had the best time! ( 3 adults and 2 kids) 5 out 5 stars!
