Incredible beachfront views from this top floor corner unit on no-drive New Smyrna Beach. See the sunrise over the ocean. See the sunset from the private Master bedroom balcony. Large fully stocked kitchen. Covered garage parking. Close to all of New Smyrna Beach's restaurants/activities. Come enjoy beachfront paradise.

We invite you to share our special spot at the beach. Our well furnished (beachy!) 3 bedroom condominium offers everything you need for your beach getaway . You won't forget the view of the ocean.

Everything you need is here--fully stocked kitchen w toaster, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, blender, dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc. Just bring your food, beverages and clothes for a great relaxing getaway. Beach closet with chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, toys for the kids and the adult kids! The condo is located on the NO-drive portion of New Smyrna Beach and is within a 2-10min drive of a bunch of really great places to eat.

Our condo includes 3 bedrooms. The master and guest bedroom each have a king size bed. The guest bedroom also has a king size bed and a 50" smart TV. The 3rd bedroom has two (2) twin beds and a. 30" smart TV. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, basic cable TV and it's own private balcony facing south and west for gorgeous beach views and sunsets. Each bedroom has a chest of drawers, closet and nightstands.

The kitchen with large center island opens to the living room and faces the panoramic ocean vista just through the sliding glass doors. Living room w a 50" Smart TV. Tons of DVDs for anyone wishing to partake.

The property also has a tennis court and pickle ball courts.

The panoramic ocean view from up on this corner penthouse is impossible to beat!!

Spacious Condo with a Perfect Location

The condo is large with an open floor plan which is great for people to spread out while also being able to hang out together. The ocean views are spectacular. I would definitely recommend booking this condo.

This is a great property for a family vacation. We had 5 adults and the living space was perfect for playing games, watching movies, and enjoying the view from the incredible wrap-around floor to ceiling windows. The kitchen is well-equipped. Added bonus - we saw 2 nighttime rocket launches! Balconies have Adirondack chairs for drinks and conversation. Host was very communicative; office was too after an initial mixup with emails. All in all, a gorgeous property!

I have always dreamed of staying at a place right on the ocean. This place was perfect. The beach area was so clean and not crowded at all. The condo was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 kids (2)-18 year olds and a 16 year old. I definitely want to come back..

Everything about this property was amazing! The view of the ocean, the beautiful furnishings, the functional layout, the availability of beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels… this place is a 10/10! A New Years Eve vacay!

What a beautiful condo! We stayed for severals days, and it was perfect for my family (including grandma). The views are gorgeous, and I loved watching the sunrise in the morning. Everything was accessible through the elevator, which was important for my mother in law. We will definitely return next year. Thank you!

Beautiful View, Comfortable Stay

We are three retired sisters who spent 4 nights in the apartment and wish it could have been longer. The apartment is exactly as pictured. Views of both the sunrise and sunset were fantastic, and we enjoyed long walks on the beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, and everything was clean. Frank responded quickly to all communications. We would definitely stay again.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Frank and Rosa’s place. The pictures honestly don’t the unit justice! The view is breathtaking. Everything is spotless; sand is only at the beach 😂. Parking in the garage was convenient and you get 2 spots, which was amazing for us as our nanny was commuting from Orlando. The unit had everything we could possibly need for our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to rebook for our next getaway.
