Mountain Home near Lakes w/Hot Tub & Putting Green
Built in 2022, it is beautifully designed and full of cozy touches that make this the perfect escape for you and your guests. Situated in a fantastic location: 20 min. from Park City; 15 min. to Jordanelle Reservoir; 10 min. from Deer Creek Reservoir. Depending your activity, we are also within close distance to some of the best trails Utah has to offer for snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ATV/4x4, and hiking! Park your boat &toys here! Animals allowed, $100 extra for their stay or $35 a night whichever is less. Also, there is an additional studio apartment above the garage that sleeps 2 additional people. We have a separate listing for guests to reserve but if you have a party up to 16, message us and we can see if it's available.

Lots of parking for boat or trailers. We allow pets but please keep in mind you will have to clean up after your animal since the landscape is FAKE TURF. Pets are $100 total extra.

The main floor consists of: master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet, half bath, full kitchen with gas stove, dining room, 3 way fireplace (enclosed), living room with smart TV, and laundry room. The backdoor exit will take you to the gated yard with a putting green and 8 person hot tub. Upstairs there are 2 spacious bedrooms. The first being a large queen bedroom, and the second bedroom features 4 twin beds. In between those you will find a full bathroom for guests to share. The basement provides another 2 bedrooms that include a cozy queen bed, and another room containing 4 more twin beds. The basement is fully furnished with a second kitchen, dining room, laundry room, and spacious living room with a smart TV. There is also a second exit to the backyard from the basement.
