Great property for local sporting events for smaller teams that need a place to all stay. big nice bedrooms, spacious common areas. Only down side is this property is listed as having a heated pool and the pool was not heated, it wasn't even room temperature. It was freezing cold and no one could really use it.

We appreciate the positive feedback regarding the overall comfort and convenience of the home. We apologize for the confusion regarding heating the swimming pool; it is specifically addressed in the listing that there is a fee to heat the pool and that it has to be requested. No request was ever made, so the heat was simply never turned on.

The house was great for our tennis team and we loved the convenient location to the tennis courts. The house felt a little warm on the first day however the host was very responsive and turned down the A/C for us soon after contacting them. One of the showers upstairs could use more water pressure but overall the rooms and bathrooms suited us just fine.

Great house! Our family had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of room for everyone, and very comfortable. The host has stocked the house well, they have thought of most items you may need and more. We heated the pool (April), which made it so inviting. We would definitely stay again!

Great house for Group

This house is great for a group of 6-9 people. Very comfortable beds, well stocked. nice patio and pool. I would stay here again should I return to Surprise.

Awesome House Near Tennis Facility

Great house for 8 men playing in a competitive tennis tournament. Nice beds, quiet rooms, fully equipped kitchen to make meals and nice common areas to hang out.

Large place for a family get together

We rented this house for a spring training trip with three families. It has everything you would need. It was clean. And the kids loved the pool. Would stay here again.

Fun Family Get-together

We had family from Florida and Maryland meet at this house to honor our family member from Phoenix on his retirement from the Air Force. Family loved the house and especially the pool and everything we needed was provided. We couldn't have asked for anything more from a house. I highly recommend this place for a family gathering.

The house was big enough for 11 adults.It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.The location was close to Surprise Stadium along with groceries and restaurants.We also enjoyed the pool, glad it was heated.

Surprise paradise

This was a beautiful property for our family to gather for my father’s memorial service. Met the needs of all three of our children and their children. Property was in excellent condition and the pool was a delight to grandchildren and grandparents alike.

Excellent Family Accomodation

This was a beautiful house, well-equipped and in a great location for our needs. The host was incredibly responsive throughout our stay. The house had everything we needed and more, the pool was well-heated (extra cost to heat in the winter), and there was lots of space for all of us. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the area! Thank you!

We chose this house because of the central location.We had travel to and from Wittmann, Scottsdale & Phoenix.The pool was a highlight.The kitchen had everything needed to cook all the families favorite recipes.

the pool was very nice, very warm. We should have contacted the host to see how we could turn it down. I might add that the weather was record high temps in the 90's when we were there. Probably wouldn't have been as warm if the air temps would have been in the 70s instead of 90s.House was huge!! Plenty of room for a large group. Highly recommend this house.

House was really great . Had plenty of room for 8 grown men to stay . Had all the amenities needed to cook including a great grill outside . I recommend getting the pool heated , it was fantastic . I simply have no complaints about this house !!

My wife and I plus my son and his family( spouse and 3 grandchildrenHad plenty of room and enjoyed the Foosball table. Didn’t use the pool due to cooler temps. Shopping nearby
