Convenient Location

The home is in a convenient location that allows you to easily access what Charlotte has to offer. I was not a fan of the immediate area. The homes on the street were not well maintained and being so close to a main intersection, there was a lot of night noise while trying to sleep. The home was clean and cozy, but could use some updates and fresh paint. Beds were comfortable. We did arrive to both bathrooms with almost no TP, so had to immediately Door Dash. Bring extra paper products! All in all it was a good stay; neighbors were quiet, and we would stay there for the combo of space, value, and convenience to activities.

Real estate has been the most fulfilling thing I've ever done. I'm passionate about hosting, and it's something I truly enjoy as well. With a dual masters degree (1 in IT and 1 in Photography/Film Direction), I left my 18 years of IT career in Oct 2021 so that I can follow my passion in photography, filmmaking, website development, graphics design, and, most importantly, real estate.
