This pet friendly house has been completely redone and everything is bright, modern and brand new! You can sit on the deck and watch the sailboats or sit at the firepit and roast a hotdog with firewood provided! You are just minutes from beautiful Pere Marquette Beach! The house is fully stocked with everything you should need. Just bring clothes! Plenty of room to park your boat trailer!

The lower level of the house is like a separate living space with its own bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen and full living room. It is perfect for two families traveling together or one big family that wants space. You can't go wrong.

Start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please make sure all dog waste is cleaned up from the yard. Failure to do so incurs a $50 fee.
In the winter please turn the thermostat to 60 degrees when the furnace is running. In the summer please turn the thermostat to 75 degrees when the air conditioner is running.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No dogs over 70 pounds. You may bring two dogs, o/w negotiable. You are expected to clean up after your dog including dog hair.

Well equipped and clean.

Our family stayed at this home while in town for a wedding. It had everything we needed and was so nice to be able to relax and enjoy our time together. Beds are comfortable and she has thought of everything for the kids too.

We Would Stay Here Again!

We really enjoyed our stay on this property. It was cute, comfortable, and clean and had everything we needed and more. We were only there two nights, but we wished that we could have made use of more of the amenities like the fire pit and yard games that were provided. We did not bring our dog this time, but we would love to do that in the future. Overall, we highly recommend this property.
