For the sports enthusiast, Seyferth's park and playground is 1-block away which features, basketball court, skateboard ramp, football field and more. In the large fenced yard, enjoy outdoor gatherings around the fire pit, grill and deck. There is volleyball, and yard games to keep your group entertained. Inside, find ample space, child-proofed amenities & board games. Conveniently located, 1.6 miles to Muskegon Lake, 3.5 miles to downtown Muskegon, 5 miles to PJ Hoffmaster State Park, and 14 miles to Grand Haven. The possibilities are endless for fun, entertainment, recreation and relaxation. A few Quirks of home: Stairs leading upstairs were made for small children which are perfect for the kiddos but adults and teens should take them slow. We have central air however, in the warmer days of summer it can get warmer upstairs. There is a window a/c unit in one of the rooms and fans that help circulate cool air when windows are opened.

Family is very important to me and I enjoy the warmth of a comfortable home. I believe a home should be a place of safety, warmth and comfort. I want to offer my guests a place they can relax, feel at home and make many new memories with loved ones.

Why they chose this property

Our home is in a quiet residential neighborhood close to EVERYTHING Muskegon has to offer. I love the size of our home because the whole family can be in one location and sleep comfortably. The house has a large fenced backyard so the kiddos can run around without mom & dad worrying about them running in the street. It is an older home so it does have some quirks like the kid size steps leading to upper floor; perfect for the kiddos but adults & teens should take them slow. There is occasional ant or spider that get in the cracks. This home makes enjoying family easy.
