Chalet Montgo – Guest house of a Finca

The Chalet Montgo - a detached bungalow, as a guest house located very quietly on the large finca site, has a spacious, covered terrace with dining area for 6 people. The double bedroom has very good mattresses (180x200cm). The second bedroom also has a large bed (180x200 cm) that invites you to sleep and has direct access to the terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms. In the spacious living room there is a comfortable seating area and couch (fold-out, high quality, 180x190 cm) and a spacious dining area for 6 people. Cooking is fun in the fully equipped, spacious kitchen. From 4-plate stove (gas), electric Oven, microwave, large fridge / freezer, coffee maker, toaster - everything is available.
The guest house has its own private garden of 800 m².
It does NOT have its own private pool. The guests can always use the large pool of the main finca with a sunbathing area in the owner's large garden, approx. 40 m away.
SAT-TV, internet / WLAN are of course available.

A sunny relaxing home from home

Peaceful and spacious !Lovely views and the bungalow was alot nicer than the pictures !The garden had some nice shade under the palm trees and the use of the pool very welcome ! Robert was very welcoming and helpful when needed.

We had great communication with the host from start to finish, which made the booking process easy and pleasant. The apartment itself was very nice and actually looked even better in person than in the photos. The only downside was the service during the host’s absence — without going into details, this is the one area that cost them a star. That said, we still had a wonderful time and didn’t let this affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

Sehr gepflegtes, ruhig gelegenes Chalet mit wunderschönem Garten, in dem wir entspannte Ferientage verbringen durften. Die nette, hilfsbereite Art der Gastgeber trug wesentlich zum Wohlfühlfaktor bei. Was uns noch besonders gefiel war, daß unsere beiden Hunde nicht nur geduldet, sondern willkommen waren.

Erholung pur!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Chalet mit paradiesischem Garten und klasse Ausblick auf den wunderschönen Montgo. Dazu gibt es herzliche Gastfreundschaft und super Betreuung (ohne Aufdringlichkeit) durch die Vermieter. Hier findet man Ruhe und Entspannung. Ein paar Kilometer entfernt liegt das wunderschöne Javea mit toller Altstadt und schönem Sand- und schönem Kiesstrand, für jeden wie er mag. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!! (Auto ist nötig!)

The landlords are happy about families with children, but also seniors and sports active will feel comfortable. From the entrance you can jog, cycle, hike midst of olive , almond trees and vineyards. In addition, 4 bikes are available on request, e.g. you reach the beach through orange plantations by bike in about 30 minutes. Climbers will be thrilled by the climbing paradise Costa Blanca. These climbing areas can be reached from our property pretty easily. Even golfers will be happy, the nearest golf courses are 4 km and 8 km away; also divers, the coast of Javea is a diving paradise and only 8 km away.
The landlords and their advisors will always find time for a moment together and for good discussions. They will assist with help and advice, are happy to provide information and hints, are helpful with maps for hiking in the beautiful, nearby mountains or directly on the Montgo mountain.

What makes this property unique

In the winter season, the central convector heating system ensures well-being and so the bungalow is ideal for wintering. More on request!
