Die Ferienwohnung besteht aus einer Doppelhaushälfte auf zwei Etagen und ist für 2 Personen geeignet. Eine Terrasse, ein Garten und ein Balkon sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Unterkunft befindet sich in sehr ruhiger Lage und verfügt über 80qm Wohnfläche. Die Wohnung besteht aus Wohnzimmer (Ledercouch, SAT-TV), Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Spülmaschine, Induktionsherd, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Eierkocher), Schlafzimmer (Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, Spiegel), Badezimmer (Badewanne/Dusche) und separatem Gäste-WC. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Toilettenartikel etc. sind bereits vorhanden, ebenso wie kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
