Our lovingly furnished, single-story semi-detached home “Ferien im Kühbergstadl,” which was just completed in 2024, covers 57 square metres. Underfloor heating powered by a heat pump, along with exterior roller shades and fly screens, ensure modern, contemporary comfort. The stylish, modern kitchen-dining area is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, Senseo pod coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer, kitchen scale, electric kettle, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. A couch, a flat-screen TV, and a radio/CD player contribute to a cosy atmosphere for relaxation. The bedroom features a large double bed (180/200 cm) and a wardrobe with ample storage space. Upon your arrival, the beds will, of course, be fully made. The modern bathroom with toilet features a rain shower and a rustic sink with plenty of counter space for fresh towels and your toiletries. The partially covered patio with comfortable patio furniture and a seating area, as well as the flower garden, invite you to relax. Included in the price are: parking with a bike garage, internet/Wi-Fi, electricity, water, and a starter supply of toilet paper, tea towels, dish soap and cleaning supplies, paper towels, salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, tea bags, coffee pods, and sugar, including final cleaning and a laundry package. Pets are not allowed. The deposit is 90% of the total rental price. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM.Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 10:30 AM. Key pickup: Keys will be handed over on-site only after full payment of the rental fee (including visitor’s tax and security deposit). Tourism tax: Adults (ages 16 and up) 2 EUR/night, teenagers (ages 12–15) 1 EUR/night, children 11 and under free, GdB 100 free, GdB 50–90 1 EUR/night. Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. Linen package and final cleaning are included in the price. Security deposit: 100 EUR; maximum booking period: 14 days
