Welcome to Haus Killian in Bischofsmais! This bright and spacious holiday home, complete with a garden and porch, is located right next to the forest. Hiking trails run right behind the house, so you can start your hike right from the doorstep. We’re pet-friendly! You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friends along. There’s a fee of 25 EUR for their entire stay. The house is spread over three floors. In the basement, there’s a wellness room with a sauna and loungers. The sauna is billed at 0.90 cents per kWh. Here you can comfortably wind down at the end of the day. The ground floor and the upper floor are two self-contained holiday apartments. This means the holiday home is also perfect for two families who are friends. The upper floor features a large, impressive living area that stands out thanks to its open roof trusses. The kitchen in this apartment is equipped identically to the one on the ground floor. The bathroom includes a toilet and a bathtub. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds. There is also a washing machine in the house. Please note that there is a granny flat in the basement. The owner reserves this for private use. We look forward to welcoming you. A prepayment of 100% of the total price may be charged at any time after booking. Upon arrival, a security deposit of 300 EUR is required. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. Key handover will be arranged by mutual agreement. Pets are allowed for a fee (up to 3 pets will be charged 25 EUR per pet for the duration of the stay). A tourist tax of up to 1.30 euros will be charged separately on site. Other applicable fees include charges for sauna use based on electricity consumption (0.45 EUR/kWh). Towels are not provided. However, you can rent towels for a small additional fee.
