Great condo with a fantastic location. Enjoyed watching the boats from our balcony. Great roof top amenities. Loved walking right across the street for breakfast and having a vast selection of bars and restaurants to chose from up and down Broadwalk. Would come to this area again.

Steps away from the beach and all the activities of Hollywood Beach. Enjoyed listening to the live music at the outdoor theatre, the ease of securing our provided beach chairs for the day, selecting somewhere to eat at the many restaurants and … the best part, never getting in a car. Everything needed is all within walking distance. Apartment was clean, spectacular views from the balcony and the host was attentive and accommodating. Planning another stay in the summer!

Owner had issue with the AC. Tempature was 80 degrees. Had to spend 2 days of vacation trying to get owner to fix AC. Disahwasher was broke. Safe didnt work. Owner knew AC was broke for 3 month's. Told owner it was rented under deception. Caused stress and anxiety woth 2 children under these conditions

Great condo with amazing location. Beautiful view of waterway and steps from beach . No shortage of places to eat between waterway and beach. Could have been a few cleaning supplies left in condo for everyday cleaning. Also curtain in bedroom broken. Had reached out to Property manager and was supposed to send maintenance person in but nobody came.

Great Location

This unit fit all our needs. The view was spectacular. We got to see many sunsets from our balcony. The bed was comfortable and there is plenty of room in the unit. The pool was awesome, with beautful views and a nice bar. The only down side for me (may not be an issue for you) is trying to use the oven and stove. It's not your typical oven and stove. It took me a couple of days to learn how to manage the stove and I couldn't even figure out the over. I'm sure if I called the manager, he would have taught me but I had nothing to bake in the oven anyway.

We have no complaints- was more than expected. Everything was easy to get to and convenient. The resort offered all we needed to enjoy our rest and relaxation vacation!!
